Box jumping again !
This box has allowed me to jump again at 65 . I never jumped on a wooden box again after eating it twice several years ago and banging up my shins.I have more confidence in my jump knowing that the box will not bite my shins if I miss since it is made out of a soft foam material.I also feel stable and confident that the box will not move when I jump on top.Buy the box !

Good size and sturdy
This is a great option for hip trusts. I kept hurting myself trying to use a bench. They were too high for my height (5.3â) and got this instead and it is amazing. Iâm only 125-130 lbs and not a super heavy lifter so not sure how it would do with a ton of weight. I know it does great with my body weight and some weights.
