I recently got my hands on the BERTASCHE Electronic Travel Organizer, and I must say, it has largely lived up to my expectations. This organizer, with its three-layer design, offers a large capacity to store a variety of electronic accessories neatly and securely. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:Pros: Spacious: The organizer is quite roomy, with dimensions of 11.4 x 7.87 x 3.94 inches, allowing you to store a range of items including a tablet up to 11 inches, a 6-inch kindle, and various cables and chargers. DIY Compartment: The third layer comes with removable velcro dividers, providing the flexibility to create customized compartments to suit your storage needs. It’s a handy feature that helps in keeping everything organized. Portable: With a top handle for easy carrying, it proves to be a convenient choice for travel and business trips. It doesn’t take up much space in your luggage, making it a practical choice for on-the-go individuals.Cons: Adjustable Pieces Could Fit Better: While the adjustable sections are a nice touch, I found that they could fit more snugly in the case. It’s a minor issue but something that could be improved. Needs More Support: The outside and the adjustable pieces could use a bit more support to provide a firmer structure. It does the job but leaves a bit of room for enhancement.Verdict:Overall, the BERTASCHE Electronic Travel Organizer is a solid choice for anyone looking to keep their electronic accessories organized while traveling. SO much space, and sturdy for transporting around.
Without getting into personal details, I make videos for my job. I work at remote locations and usually film wildlife or human interactions with wildlife. For fun I make social media videos with my kids playing various games online. For both uses I have a bunch of tech that I carry around. The camera is separate, but this bag has my microphones, mic stands, mic cords, power packs and chargers, lights, remotes, and a fold-out camera box to eliminate sun glare and such. I am not talking about TV level equipment here, just small videos to be used online by various companies. Everything folds down into small parts, but there are a BUNCH of cords. Keeping it all straight while unpacking and then re-packing is a real pain.This bag has several sections to organize. A main padded section on the bottom that is the biggest. This has most of my equipment in it. It does come with some Velcro dividers, but I made a few extra to fit my stuff exactly. Everything is supported well and doesn’t knock into anything else in there at all. Next we have some cord and accessory storage space on the first flap. I have the battery packs and chargers in here because they are rather thick and end up using some of the space left from the bottom. Again, nothing has ever fallen out of their pockets. The final layers are really designed for cord storage. I am usually hooking up a bunch of equipment at once, especially sound, so there are just so many cods. I keep them separate in these sleeves, and I label them, so I don’t mess anything up. I have just enough space up top to keep some paperwork. I throw anything important to the job in there, like permits, special requests from the client, directions, etc.The whole case is water resistant, and as of writing this nothing has been exposed to water yet that was inside. I have been caught in the rain a few times now, but my equipment was as dry as it was when I packed it all up. Paperwork was completely dry, and that was the spot exposed to the most rain.Straps are sturdy and despite me packing this thing super heavy, nothing has torn or even shown a sign of wear. At this point, I have jostled my equipment around so much that if it was going to fail, it would have done so by now. Took a turn too quick the other day and knocked this bag onto the floor of my car, and another time it smacked into the door of my car when I shut it on the bag like an idiot. Use it to hold that multitude of wires, cables and adaptors that are used often enough, but in reality quite rarely.It holds small microphones and leads and usb c headphone adaptors and the tie clips and wind shields.It has memory cards and sticks and usb adaptors.I have a dvd burner in there and did I mention the usb adaptors?Only 4 stars as I wish the sides and internal dividers had a bit (lot) more substance to them. The bag tried to collapse just a bit too much.Otherwise a very useful bit of equipment, like my usb adaptors 🙂
