I have noticed an improvement in my health
I work as a Nurse in General Surgery/Surgical Oncology, and also a Family Practice n weekends sometimes. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, IBS, anxiety, depression, my nails are weak and break easily, and my hair has thinned a bit. I heard about Black Seed Oil before, but I was like meh, I don’t really need anything, I’m ok with popping 1000mg of Tylenol and 600mg Ibuprofen together if I need it. Well over the years, my fibro pain has gotten significantly worse, just like everyone warned me.So a few weeks ago, I took a Lyft home from the hospital and we were having a conversation, and she brought up Black Seed Oil capsules. She talked to me about them and how she had been taking them for a while but had to stop because she’s pregnant and it’s not recommended for pregnant women. But she explained all the benefits and told me to check it out. So I ordered them and received these May 16th, and I immediately started taking them. I take 2 capsules daily as it recommends, and yes it does taste kinda yuck when you burp it up, but who cares. Chew some gum if it’s that bad lol but anyway, I am now on day 10 and I must say… I have noticed an improvement on my health. My body doesn’t ache as much in the morning, my pain is lower than it normally is, my stomach hasn’t been bothering me too much, my appetite has been regular (which apparently BSO helps with as well) but also I noticed I don’t eat as much as I used to, and I’ve lost a few lbs as a result of having more energy than I normally did. Good supplement. Seems really effective. Has a flavor that tastes and smells like garlic. After a few days I got used to it. The capsules are not too big , so itâs easy to swallow. Helps with regulating blood sugar levels

What I did NOT like. Oil is ok but they have packaged it in a very CHEAP plastic like capsule. Capsule size is small but I have difficultly time swallowing it. I have feeling capsule is stuck to my tongue.What I like: I found whenever I took it I had a very deep sleep and satisfying sleep. I did NOT sleep long as I woke up on my own as before. I did NOT have feeling I need more sleep. It did NOT help me to fall in Sleep fast but when I slept and I slept like a baby.Don’t take this with gassy food as you will burp and with burp you will get very strange smell of this oil. Let me be clear this Oil/capsule does NOT make you gassy. Gas comes from food you take. I don’t get this feeling otherwise.
