I’m shocked at the quality of this thing considering the price. Also a lot of the extra straps that you may not want like the waist belt strap and a few others aren’t stitched in so you can remove them without having to cut them. I can fit a 17 inch laptop in here, four books, and 2 32 Oz water bottles with plenty of space left over. The shoulder straps aren’t super padded but they’re comfortable.

Great backpack, my 11yo loves it
I ordered this backpack for my 11yo for school and I’m so glad I did! It has more than enough space for all of his school supplies. It’s also made of quality materials and he is loving the velcro to switch out patches whenever he wants.

My son begged for this backpack. It was more than I wanted to spend but we went for it. This backpack is hearty. Excellent material, cool velcro American flag. This thing will last a couple years. Worth the extra money.

None of the d rings or patches came
None of the described 10D rings nor the patches came . If I had known that I would have purchased a different item. The backpack itself seems well made enough to endure what I’m going to use it for which is a daily grab bag for nursing / trauma. The Molly attachments seem sturdy for now we’ll see how they last and I’ll update later. The problem that I have is that if you advertise 10 d-rings as well as two flag patches one color one black and white then you should send them with the order. Amazon was very helpful and refunded my purchase because they never came.
