Beautiful hat, my son loves it. But, one of the speakers started rattling (like something is loose inside it) after only a few wears. Speakers still work.

I got this Hat and to be honest I was not expecting too much from it but I was surprised, The sound to me is great quality ,I like the fact that you can remove the module to just pop it in the washing machine from time to time, I like the chequered design on it and tbh you would never even know it was a bluetooth headphones by seeing someone wearing it, It was a breeze to connect to my mobile phone and operate just follow the the instruction on the leaflet and you can’t go wrong, As already said it is quite large on the top of your head but i don’t have much hair and as it’s a 1 size fits all they have to cater for everyone, It still didn’t look bad tho as wasn’t that big. It does fit very well around my head and ears was , It located spot on for the speaker to align with my ears, I would def recommend it and for the price great value.i can see me using it quite a lot now we are coming into the colder months here in the UK.

I’m a big fan of these type of hats – I use them a lot in the autumn and winter months either out on a walk or over at the allotment. This particular hat is just about the right size for me (I’ve got quite a large head) and the sound quality from the in-built speakers is really very good for their tiny size. Also they match up well with where my ears are (which is not always the case with hats like this!) It is very easy to hook up to your phone or tablet: just long press on the button on the right ear piece until you hear the lady telling you that the speakers are on, then turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and search for BT-1 – and voila you are hooked up and can listen to whatever you like – a video, a talking book (my preference) or some music. The sound is nice and loud and rich. So, all in all a good experience. I thought long and hard with giving it 4 stars but, because of the excellent price I had to give it five in the end as it does exactly what I want/need it to!
The Fault –
The beanie hat itself is good quality, with nice material. The sound quality of the built-in speakers is also better than expected, with a fuller sound than I was anticipating. However they don’t seem well positioned for me and don’t sit properly over the ears. They’re also hard plastic and I don’t feel them to be all that comfortable on the ear. I’ve tried quite a few of these beanie hats from slightly different brands – they all look very much alike and perform exactly the same as one another in terms of sound quality and Bluetooth connectivity.

I have several of these bluetooth beanie hats with speakers which I wear for my morning walk. Pairing to your smartphone is easy, just pair with BT-01 and you are all set. The hat is ‘one size fits all’ but I found this one to be particularly generous in size. If they’re tight then you will find that the speakers don’t sit over your ears properly. The leather patch sits over the right ear and there is some control over the functions from here but that can be awkward when you are wearing the hat as it works a little like braille. The volume level is really good so you can adjust it to your preference. On my walk there were no drop outs which I have experienced with others. The hat arrived with 100% battery and after playing music for an hour had dropped to 90%, so this would last me a week without charging. Supplied with a very short USB-A to Micro USB lead but I use a standard phone cable with extra length for charging.Great in cold weather but I find that even when it is warmer I don’t sweat so much in a woollen hat as a cap. I was surprised at the price as this is the best of these I have had and at the cheapest price. This gets a big thumbs up from me. Highly recommended!

Its lacking in bass but if you just want a simple sound for your phone etc it will do cheap and cheerful but dont expect hifi sound
