    Beautiful written and illustrated herbal medicine book
    This book is an excellent guide to an array of herbal medicines. The layout of each page focusing on one plants along with the lovely artwork and illustration is appealing to the eyes. This books teaches you about the plants and how to apply it. One of my favourite books suggested to me when I went to herbal school.

    This is my favorite book of all time. It’s the best, most thorough and fascinating book I’ve ever read on herbs and natural healing. It just goes way above and beyond what one would expect.If you’re experiencing any health issues, chronic pain, chronic illness, inflammation, chronic fatigue, low energy, gut problems, and other symtoms and diagnoses, this is absolutely the book for you.If you’re a caretaker, if you feel burned out and stressed, if you’re interested in helping other people and caring for your loved ones, if you care at all about maintaining good mental, emotional and physical health for years to come, THIS IS THE BOOK.There are great herbal tea recipes for specific health issues, clear, concise descriptions, and safety warnings on all types of herbs.This book covers such a huge variety of health problems, including mental and physical issues, that I can’t imagine someone not being able to relate to it.I’m totally blown away and impressed by all this thorough, carefully researched information.     I bought two herb books and this was the BEST. I’m so fascinated with all the different types of herbs. This is a super actionable book, beautiful art and photos, easy to digest – you can start your herb journey immediately, the charts are amazing and it even has recipes.

    Beginner friendly
    This book is amazing!!!! I’m new to the holistic lifestyle and was looking for something that was beginner friendly and effective. The beginning of the book is a nice introductory on how herbs work and gets you to feel not so overwhelmed by the idea of it all. I like how she built my confidence and made me comfortable with the idea, as I thought this was going to be a difficult journey that required deep intense study before using anything, when in fact by the time I was finished with this book I was very comfortable with trying out numerous remedies. Each chapter she explains a body function and how it works in a basic easy to understand way. Then she gets into the different beneficial herbs for common ailments and symptoms. Each herb comes with a detailed explanation on what it’s for and the best way to use it as well as side effects or precautions that should be taken. This book has definitely encouraged me to go deeper into my holistic journey and can’t wait to learn more

    There is SO MUCH useful information packed into this beautifully designed book! Highly recommend for a deeper dive into the benefits of herbal & plant allies. My only complaint, as a botanical skincare formulator, is if you are making her body cream (p.318) which includes water, a preservative must be added.

    Beautiful designed and illustrated book and very well written and infornative in the use of herbs and many other things such as roots and spices and herbal treatments it a great book 🙂 love how it’s designed into specific sections and subjects also helps you even if your on medications what to not take while on them 🙂
