Favorite rash cream for 16 years
I found this back in 2008. At that time, everyone I knew was using Triple Paste or Desitin. I originally bought it because I thought the name was funny. Fast-forward to baby #3 in 2022, for daily use, I use A&D original but the medicated A&D was not strong enough and neither was any other diaper rash cream. I felt guilty having to use a prescription for steroid cream for my baby’s rashes that she got every time she had diarrhea. Then I remembered this brand (it had been 12 years since I had to buy baby stuff). Boudreaux’s Butt Paste works OVERNIGHT in ONE use to dramatically reduce or sometimes completely “cure” a diaper rash. It’s 40% zinc oxide compared to the 8-12% of other brands, so it’s definitely not for daily use. I highly recommend this brand for use as needed along with original (non-medicated) A&D or Vaseline for daily use.

The only cream for diaper changes!
I bought 3 different brands when my baby was born. My goal was to do a trial period for each cream depending my babyâs reaction but ended up not even trying the other 2 brands because this cream is perfect! Easy to wipe off unlike other brands & quickly helps heal all diaper rashes! No kidding, when our baby got her first diaper rash at 1.5 weeks old, we saw a positive change in her rash within one night!

Great for hot, sweaty, Midwest summers
Boob sweat is a real problem during Summer here in the Midwest. This thing is a lifesaver to help prevent dreaded skin yeast infections that can result. You donât even need a lot so this small tube will last a long time. Also, my coworkers boyfriend is a construction worker, used this on his rash between his thighs that developed as a result of sweating on the job. Worked like a charm.

Great Product
The only thing Iâve used on my grandchildren and Iâve bought it for friends that were new mothers. When my granddaughter got sore, due to inconsistent caregiver, this cleared it up very quickly. Good stuff.

Great paste for diaper rash. Put it on like a thick layer of frosting (no skin showing through) for severe rash and limit wiping of the diaper area when possible. Clears up pretty quick when used consistently!

Amazing product but lacking in quantity
I absolutely love this stuff. It has proven to clear up any signs of rash for my baby girl much quicker than the well known alternatives. I figured it made sense to buy the tub size this time, and I was disappointed when I opened it to see that it wasnât all the way full. Iâm unable to check if the size of the tub is larger to avoid spilling or if they just didnât fill it up all the way, but the size of the tub is deceiving. I still love this and will continue to purchase but might opt for the tubes in the future.

Prevents rashes, helps keep things dry
I have a 3 month old who has lots of potty diapers, but was worried about her getting rashes overnight in her longer sleep cycle (she sleeps about 5-6 hours overnight). This diaper cream is not only gentle on her skin, but it keeps her little booty dry by repelling the urine/poop.
It’s a pediatrician-trusted brand, just wish it was a little cheaper. I like that it comes in smaller sizes to fit in a diaper bag, and a little goes a long way.

I have never rated any product as one star before no matter how terrible it was but this is really bad!! wanted to try this cream to prevent chub rub as I have used other known brands for that, but it ended up being extremely sticky and caused blisters on my skin. I wish I could return it as I only used it once and never again. Just wondering how this even works on babies skin.

It is definitely a little pricey but very little amount of paste is required, its been over 6 months and i still have almost full of the container. My baby is 6 months old and never had a rash all thanks to this butt paste.
