Love it !!
It is so convenient if you have so many pictures on your phone that are just taking up space. Very good quality and very clear images and it has so many cool settings. I love that it looks like an actual portrait rather than a screen. It has a very realistic look.

UPDATE on BSIMB FRAME
I ordered my first frame in December a year ago. It was easy to set up and use and worked like a charm for 6 months, then just quit. I tried everything but it was stuck on the BSIMB Logo and that’s all it would show.I contacted Customer support and they were great. Sent me all kinds of links to download to update the frame along with suggestions and trouble shooting. Nothing worked so they sent me a brand new Frame. I was excited. Set up my new Frame and all I got was a BLACK screen. Contacted customer service again through email. They told me to plug it in using a different adapter from my old frame and go to a link they sent me and after plugging it into my computer, download the latest update. I did everything as instructed. The frame came on and I was thrilled. I connected it to my internet and put my micro SD card in and began to send photos from my cell phone to the frame. I thought to myself, “Finally” it’s fixed after TWO weeks of this hassle.Got up this morning and the Frame was right back to a BLACK screen. Nothing worked.I sent Customer service an update. I want to send BOTH of these Frames back now.Life is too short.I do NOT recommend this Frame BUT Customer Service is great at trying to help.I just want a working Frame.UPDATE*I contacted Customer Service and told them I wanted to send both Frames back and they credited my account for the original Frame I purchased and told me NOT to send the defective frames back to them. I am so impressed with their prompt customer service. I would give them 10 ********** if I could. But, NOT on the Frame. 😏

Screen resolution and build is in question!
After purchasing this product, I encountered issues within just two weeks of use: vertical blue lines appeared on the screen, followed by complete blackness within two days. I had to request a replacement, and its working fine so far.Despite the technical troubles, I appreciate the motion sensor feature and the automatic turn-off function when no motion is detected in the room. However, I found the touchscreen to be less than smooth, and it lacks the crispness of HD quality. It would be great if the company released a Full HD version to offer improved resolution.Overall its good value for money.

Full feature picture fram
I’ve been using the frame for 2 weeks now and I am very happy about the frame. This is by far the most feature rich digital frame i’ve used. I have tons of pictures stored in my hard drive and i don’t really have a mean to showcase them. Everyone in my family loves it. Sometimes i even find my 2 years old daughter stand in front of the picture frame and looking at herself.Pro:1. Many different methods to send picture to the frame. I’ve used both the included app and Facebook Messager to upload pictures. I found the facebook messager method to upload pictures is very convenient. Right after you take a picture and if you like it, you can send it directly to your picture frame. It doesn’t matter whether you are at home or not. It is also the best way to have share the picture frame with your family member. They don’t need to download an additional app on their phone but they can still add picture to the frame.2. The frame is very bright. My house has many widows and i put my frame next to my big garden glass sliding door and I have no problem seeing the pictures.3. Big viewing angle, the picture color does not get distorted when you are on the side.4. Pictures are very sharp and clear. I’ve used other picture frame that has a much lower resolution and those pictures just simply don’t look right.5. Motion sensor / Auto on-off. This is an unexpected but very nice feature. It will turn itself off if it detects no movement then it’ll turn itself off. it’ll turn back on when you walk by it. This way it’ll save power and money.Con:1. The app only allows you to upload 9 pictures at a time. Facebook message only allows you to send 1 picture at a time. So if you have tons and tons of picture you want to put in the frame, you’d be better off getting a memory card and physically transfer on there.2. I have 1 incident where the frame didn’t get updated after i upload new picture. I restarted the frame and the picture showed up. I think my house wifi was disconnected.

Took a little to set up followed instructions works great.

You’d think this would be simple. You go and connect to wifi and it says it’s connected while also having a pop up that says that it isn’t connected. Wifi fully functional and working on our phones at the same time. All it let’s you do is choose your wifi network and put the password in and try to do it over and over to no avail. No troubleshooting available so I don’t even know why it’s doing it
