Great product!

Did not cause GI issues
I’m a first time user and a long distance runner. I take some with juice before my workout. I do notice more sustained endurance during workout vs taking energy gels and salt tabs.I did as suggested by another review. Which as to starting with 1/2 teaspoon and gradually increasing the amount.I have not experienced the GI side effects experienced by some others.As for it leaking, just in case, I measure directly from the bottle. It did arrive intact without any leakage prior to opening.

This was recommended to me while I was on the Carnivore diet. I used it in a lot of things. It was great. I did not like it in my cocoa though. Maybe I added too much. LOL, I would recommend this to anyone trying to add more fat to their diet. Easy to use. It is considered a healthy fat. It goes a very long way for such a small size. It just seemed to last forever and I was adding this into EVERYTHING haha!

Great product but bad shipping
I was able to get a refund thru Amazon but not the vendor the way it was set up. The package was soaked in oil and when I opened it up, the protective seal was completely off. This is my 2nd bottle but first bad shipping experience. The product itself is great. Start with a tsp with coffee. If you start with too much it can give you a stomach ache.

Great Quality
I just purchased this oil to add to my Bullet Proof Coffee and have been using it for a few days.So far I can only comment in the quality of the oil, is odorless and clear so it is easy to add to any drink or salad without worrying about taste.It did not bother my stomach so I am taking a tablespoon with my coffee every morning. I still have cravings for sweets so I am thinking is going to take my body a while to fully benefit from it.
