Great bowl but did not arrive in great condition
Sturdy, great suction power, easy to clean and does not seem to stain! Love these for kids who are learning how to eat. However, arrived in a bent/damaged package that was taped, acute bowl appeared a little bit rough and dirty and concerns that it was not a new product.

This bowl SUCKS! (But it is supposed to!)
Love the suction power – sticks firmly to a smooth surface. Silicone is super easy to clean and no worries about breaking or hurting, as it feels soft. The grey color may seem a like a sad color choice for a child, but that is the best part. It will not distract your child from the food. Some kids, probably not yours, but SOME kids are, shall we say, a bit challenging when it comes to getting them to focus on the food and eat it. These kids don’t need a bowl in weird cartoon patterns or colors to delight them. Nope. They need to see the food and let the focus be there. To a child that is easily distracted, this bowl says “Don’t look at me, I’m not really here, but heyyyyy look at these tasty morsels of deliciousness just waiting to find their way to your mouth!” To the parents of this child, it says “Let me make this meal a little easier on you, how about I keep the mess right here, and you don’t have to worry about cleaning up a bowl of oatmeal or cereal bits across the room when this darling child decides they want to see how far they can throw it. I’m your secret sucky weapon – this bowl is staying right here! I’m here for you!”

Heavy duty and throw proof!
If a baby could throw this, it could be dangerous, but fortunately, it has great suction power. The hold is super strong but very easily removed with the tab- which is well positioned at the back of the bowl, making it hard for the baby to reach. When we first opened it, my child thought it was defective since the bottom of the bowl slopes. I think it’s a genius idea to make it easier to get those last spoonfuls. I love the classy marble color, the outer ridge making it easier to carry, and the large capacity. This bowl holds almost as much as our adult bowls, which is good because we are big eaters. My older kids fight over who gets to use it too. It is easy to clean in the dishwasher or by hand, which is also good since we only have one and we use it often.

Great Bowl For Toddlers!
I have a two-year-old son who is still learning how to use bowls, and I needed to ensure I got one that was sturdy enough for him and had incredible suction power.This bowl from Bumkins is a must-have for every parent who wants a bowl that will stick and not worry about their child taking it off. When first receiving this bowl, I was amazed at how heavy and thick the silicone was. It is much bigger than some of the bowls I’ve seen for him before, but it’s perfect for my son. The bowl is pretty bottom heavy which helps significantly with the suction and makes it a lot harder for my son to grab it and move it around. Now I chose the marble design, which I’m glad I did because I love the look of it and its subtleness.Overall, if you’re looking for a fantastic suction bowl, this is it. I love this so much, and it works! I highly recommend this to parents.

Very well made silicone bowl
There are a lot of good features to this bowl, though it is not my favorite design of this style.It’s got that normal soft but frictiony, velvet silicone feel to it, and it’s relatively heavy. I’ve used it in the dishwasher and microwave without problems. It’s tough and can bounce on the floor, the bowl is thick, and the base is also pretty sturdy.The suction cup is very large, sticks effortlessly, and won’t come up accidentally. I’ve stuck it upside down for half an hour. You can increase the suction by getting the base wet, but this isn’t really necessary. We have placed it on our wood table or our plastic hi-chair and it stays put.There is no assembly. It’s just one bowl that happens to have suction on the bottom. The edge of the suction cup has a little tab to yank to release the bowl. This is important to note, as a toddler can figure out how to lift the bowl.A competitor design to this product has a suction cup that attaches to a table, and the bowl screws onto the cup, and this is much harder for a toddler to defeat. If you have a problem with a child who actually wants to throw the bowl, that design is better than this one. This design is more convenient, easier to clean, and simple, so it’s better if your challenge is a child having a hard time with a moving bowl, or if they just aren’t going to yank the bowl up. For example, if your well behaved child is eating a warm bowl of soup, or tends to accidentally spill bowls on themselves, but not on purpose, this is a great bowl because you can mount it with one hand, and it isn’t going anywhere.All in all the quality level is high, and the price makes this a good value. It isn’t an earth shaking deal and it’s not the end all to child bowl design, but it’s a good product.
