Excellent beginner drone and amazing customer service
This drone is absolutely worth the price! One of the reasons I chose this one was because of the controller – it’s very well designed, gives a lot of information on the screen, and is very solid, unlike other controllers that I’ve had. The phone app is very thoughtful in its design and easy to use. The camera quality is good – not as good as more expensive drones, but that’s because they are more expensive! After the inevitable crashes, replacement parts are inexpensive and very easy to replace. Once you get used to the controls and how the drone reacts, it’s very easy to fly and can handle wind quite well. I’m not sure what the actual distance is, but I can confirm that 850ft at 200ft the drone continues to respond.I have had a couple of issues and will say that Bwine customer service is excellent! Not only were they quick to respond (within 24 hours each reply), the rep seemed to care about my experience with their product and I was very satisfied with their solutions!

Easy to Use and FAA Approved – UPDATED
I had a superb experience with Bwine support that I wanted to add to this review.I have been using my drone successfully for 6 months, but I had something odd happen on a landing and the drone tilted over upon touch down with the props still turning. There was no apparent damage to the props, so I attempted to use it again later in the day. Evidently, there was more damage than I realized and the next take off resulted in an immediate more severe crash. I contacted Bwine and they were VERY supportive and helpful. They responded quickly, reviewed the flight logs, and got back to me very quickly. I was hoping to simply get some support to repair my drone, but they very kindly replaced it. I don’t know if I would expect that from them for every crashed drone, but they went above and beyond for me in this situation. THANK YOU Bwine!Shipping: – I received the drone the same day as promised by Amazon. – The drone was well packed in multiple levels of boxesInitial Perceptions and Setup – The drone comes in a nice bag that will hold all of the components. – Charged up the batteries. Only down side to the whole package is that a charging block wasn’t provided. I had to use charging blocks from my phones and be sure it was the correct amperage (3A). I did receive several USB cables. – Drone appears to be solid and well made. – Received 3 batteries and an extra set of props (and extra screws). – Loading and setting up the Bwine Drone app was simple.First Flight – This was the most pleasing part of the purchase. It is amazingly easy to fly and use. The App takes you through all the steps to help you remember the process to calibrate the drone compass. – I went out on a nice day with a bit of a breeze (noticeable, but not a strong wind). The drone held positions VERY well and the camera worked well. – Live camera view is very good using the App. – Landing is very easy. You can assist, or it will land itself. I did take out a 3’x3′ piece of plywood as a launching platform. I did have to move it only about 3′ when I used the self landing capability…which considering GPS accuracies is pretty amazing. – Took several pictures. Resolution is good, but not amazing. I am satisfied with the pictures considering the distance and the fact the drone is moving in the breeze.FAA Registration – Was very pleased that the drone was found on the FAA site and it did have Remote ID capability. Was a little worried after some of the early 2023 reviews, but it is US FAA approved.Overall, very satisfied with my purchase especially given the special Black Friday pricing I received. Looking forward to going out again and trying more of the App functions.

Awesome Product/Second One added to the fleet
This is my second B7 from BEWINE and itâs an outstanding product. Easy to fly. Easy to use. Camera quality is really nice. The gimble is smooth and the video equality is very good as well. There has been a change on the newer updated version that I wanted to share regarding the app. *** You must put your phone in âairplaneâ mode before the app will connect with the drone *** I find that to be a plus since there is no interruption while youâre flying. The battery quality seems to be a bit better on the newer release. Iâm not sure if they changed something or not. Only time will tell on that. Itâs a good value drone that I would recommend to cut your teeth on if youâre a new flyer.

Perfect starter drone great for beginners.
 This was my first drone purchase. I looked through all the reviews and watched the videos. This drone to me seemed to be the top to pick from when it came to user friendliness and price. Iâm not the best with tech, but I was able to get this drone flying with ease. There is something that makes your stomach turn when you have $400 in the air a couple hundred feet above you but you get over that I think. One of the main reasons why I went with this company was the reviews about the customer service. I got this drone to capture memories because my whole family is very outdoors and event orientated. Thereâs usually people out on boats, hiking, camping and hanging out around the campers. I bought the drone so that I can capture footage of everybody doing all of our fun activities. The drone did everything that I wanted it to do. Itâll follow me around. It takes pictures and videotapes. Zooms in, hovers in place and only moves 1 or 2 inches side to side when the wind blows. I ended up, which was my fault hurting my drone when I landed it. I accidentally tilted it back which flipped the drone on its back.Iâm pretty sure I burnt up one of the motors. I didnât know what to do, but there is a help support icon on the app. I sent my plea to the wind, hoping that there was someone on the other side. The following day I had a response on how to resolve my broken drone situation. Currently , I am waiting on a new drone being shipped to me as a replacement. The customer service was quick to respond and was extremely pleasant to work with. I just needed to send in a couple confirmation pictures of purchase and damage and they were ready to send me a replacement. Hands-down, best customer service I have received to this day.So about the drone when you first unfold the wings it almost feels like youâre gonna break them. Theyâre just very sturdy. Which is great aspect. Just keep your fingers clear of the blades when you first turn it on because they do move about a quarter inch and make a melody. Second when the drone reaches about 20% battery make sure itâs close to home and you have nothing above you because when it drops down to low power mode It sends it directly home and hovers above where youâre at. when your drone is way out and the controller starts buzzing, and all of a sudden the drone starts coming back by itself and you have no control. It gets you a little nervous but the drone functioned the way it was supposed to and came back home before the battery died. The thing I found out is do not use your standard cell phone that you use for texting and calling because if someone calls you, itâll kick you out of your drone footage , and you have to go by site. I absolutely love flying this little drone around and I am truly sad that I broke it. I canât wait for the replacement.
