Very Loud
Works just as it says. Use it with a PK person who needs help moving around. Very loud, good in a large home. Doesnât reach in my bathroom as well but I use the mobile unit if Iâm concerned. I have 3 buttons + a mobile unit for when Iâm outside working. 1receiver. Quality is good, easy to set up, good value for the money.

Simple to use and very beneficial!
The system works great and is extremely helpful for my grandmother who is on hospice. I only wish the belt clip on the pager was more durable⦠the clip is made from flimsy plastic and broke after just 3 weeks. Might be a good idea to include a spare clip for replacement or increase the quality of the clip, possibly metal rather than plastic? Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

These are the best at home system!
I have left a similar review on other items in this product family. But to keep things short. These are easy to set up and install. Loud enough to wake you during a nighttime emergency. Easy to activate for the disabled person with a single button. The button is large enough to not get lost. Quality construction. And one of the best priced pager systems on the market for what you get. 100% recommend you buy these asap if you live with and care for a disabled or elderly person.

Works great!
I fell outside last year while working in the yard. I now wear the call button whenever I am outside working and my boyfriend will hear the chime if I push the button. Great idea for home! Definately recommend. 74 yr young female.

Good range
Bought this pager system to alert me when needed. The mobile receiver has very good range distance when used outside the house. One thing I don’t care for is the default ring volume. The 120v plug in receiver defaults to the loudest setting if the power goes off. Is very loud when power comes back on. Overall works good.

Seems to Work
Time will tell how long it lasts. I bought one of these before that didn’t make a year. The reason to repeat this purchase is that it goes through metal walls. My only complaint so far is that the batteries didn’t last 3 months and it only was used 4 times as an alert, (3 of which were tests). It’s a very loud system if so desired. The volume goes from very, very loud to nearly inaudible.***********************Update: Have only used 5 times as an alert in 7 months. Batteries have needed replacing 3 times. The biggest problem with this is that the low battery alarm is a continuous ringing that can only be silenced by removing the batteries. This has awoken me at 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. with my sleep being interrupted the rest of the night. It went off once at 7 p.m., right in the middle of my dinner Waking up and pulling the batteries out is not a good experience. Each time it has triggered my ‘ALARM’ mode and I jump out of bed and run to Mom, who is sleeping soundly and has done nothing. It’s then that I realize that it’s the ‘change batteries’ alert.Just a word to the wise.
