With that said about the rated versus actual capacity, they’re still great carabiners with a nice black finish that receives minimal wear using attachments in the home gym. No corrosion noticed so far and they’ve been through heavy duty use. Good value for price

Sturdy and secure
These awesome carabiners are very sturdy iron and the clips are secure enough that they do not open too easily like the cheaper versions. They definitely hold some weight. I purchased the set to hole a 10 lbwind chime from my covered patio and gave the other to my kid who lost their cheapy onethey had with all of their special keychains on it, so they won’t be lost so easily this time. Theylove it too! If you are wondering which one to get, this is the one, the price is right and they are strong.

The only thing that isnât good is the fact that they rust. I use them to attach my boat and they are under water so they rust once the paint wears off. Not a problem really but stainless steel is a better option.
