I purchased this for a family member who has recently become bedridden and needs 24/7 care in home. This device is very easy to set up and is loud if you want / need it to be. The different chimes are a nice touch. I have had this device for a few months now with no issues to report. A quality device for a good price.I will update this review if any issues arise.

AMAZING PRODUCT
My 81 year old mother had total knee replacement surgery and I stayed with her for 3 weeks. We tried bells walkie talkies and personal alarms. This product was perfect and pairing the button and receiver was done in less than 5 minutes. The receiver can be moved from room to room and stays in sync with button. Several level of sound and tunes. Momâs house is 2000sqft and it worked without issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Works great and has lots of sounds to select from.
Worked right out of the box. Receiver works on a 110v outlet. No battery failures or recharging to worry about on the receiver which is the major current draw. The transmitter only needs a coin battery. Comes already paired from the seller so no setup time required at all. I just plugged the receiver in to an outlet, pressed the button on the fob and it worked instantly. The reason I gave the sound 4 stars is that the max. sound is not a loud as it might be. I would prefer a higher volume sound, bit I do have a hearing problem. It does have a flashing light when activated so this is also a really good feature.

Game Changer!
Got it for my disabled husband who sleeps in hospital bed in living room while I’m in master bedroom. When he yelled for me in middle of night to help him with urinal, I sometimes didn’t hear him. Now the Ding Dong wakes me up even from deep sleep! He lays on his back, so very easy for him to press button. Excellent product. Plug in and ready to use.
