Two years in, and this mattress is still amazing!!
There’s not really much to write about this mattress, except that it’s wonderful and that after two years, it still holds up and it has been amazing for my back in my spine. I highly recommend this product!

Comfortable and delivered quickly
Our old traditional mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Casper was rated well, so we gave it a shot. It is very comfortable, but you will fall off the edges. We learned to sleep closer together. ð

Really great product
The mattress has been wonderful for my husband and I. We sprawl out when we sleep, and can’t sleep if we’re touching each other, and also, with a baby on the way, I need lots of pillows to stay comfortable. The mattress is perfect for all of that. HOWEVER, we’re new at purchasing mattresses, and bought it based off of the common review that it wasn’t too firm or too soft, and slept cool. We have a different opinion on that. If anything, the purchase has taught us that we prefer a firmer mattress with even MORE of a cooling element, which this is lacking on. BUT, overall, the mattress is great, soft, and fits our need of space.

I have pain in my back and pain in my hips never really comfortable before this dream mattress came along. I set it up alone and it was Super easy and a fast set up. Expensive, but absolutely worth it
All of my dads side of my family (including myself) suffer from chronic back pain, we’re also mostly above 6′ tall (I’m 6’6 lol) and have struggled with severe pain since I was a kid. Growing up, and until now I had typical hybrid mattresses with coils and whatnot. My neck, shoulders and back would all be stiff when I woke up. Not with Casper. It’s an absolute game changer if you struggle with pain or sleep in general. The top layer is extra soft for your pointy bits, but is still extremely supportive. I’ve never experienced this much comfort in a bed before. It costs a pretty penny, but in my opinion, it’s worth every cent.*It is on the softer side. So if you prefer a stiffer mattress I’d recommend going up a level.Thank you, Casper.

Warning: Casper does not honor “no-risk trial”
Buying a mattress online is risky. Mattress comfort is a personal thing, Casper understands this and aggressively advertises their “no-risk trial” across many media outlets. According to the policy, Casper will issue a full refund and arrange for the disposition of the mattress if you find the mattress uncomfortable within the trial period. Without this guarantee, I would never have purchased this mattress. Unfortunately, if you purchase from Amazon, Casper will not honor the “no-risk trial”. Amazon is willing to process the return and refund the cost but UPS will not take the mattress unless it’s in a box and there’s no way to get the mattress back in the box it arrived in without some ultra-special equipment. Even if I had a refrigerator box, I doubt I could make it fit. This is a nightmare.So, if you want to try out one of these Casper mattresses, do not purchase it on Amazon because Casper does not honor it’s no-risk trial policy.That said, here’s our experience with the mattress: basically, it’s soft around the edges and very firm in the center. The foam has rounded (not square) edges that reduces the effective sleeping area by 4 to 6 inches all the way around. Some people might like this (but it’s not our preference). It was also way too firm for our liking. We’ve learned our lesson and will never purchase a mattress again without having first tried it out in a showroom.

Purchased 3 Casper mattresses and they will not expand correctly. These are like seconds in my opionion Two of the mattresses the corners are not square and not fully expanded. My phone experience with Amazon was terrible. They do not send somebody to pick up the mattresses to be returned. Not sure how they expect us to take 3 king sized mattresses to a courier. When I asked the customer service lady very nicely how this was feasible she explained the same thing over again and told me she would disconnect the call which she did. I am astounded at their lousy service. Buy Casper in an actual Casper store!
