Great other than figuring out how to load the batteries
 I just bought these lights, so I can’t comment on battery life yet. I can comment on the lack of instruction for loading the batteries. They only needed a simple double-arrow sticker on the top to let us know that the top slides back and forth instead of pivoting open. As demonstrated in my video, don’t try to pry the lid open; just slide it.I love the warm white color, size and brightness.

Best lights! Long lasting!
I bought these two years ago, and I was surprised all of them still work brand new! Usually these lights burn out and you have to get new ones, but these are still in great shape! Super nice because they run on batteries so perfect if you want to put them up and donât have an easy access light. I might order more. The only downside I will say is that they get easily tangled, but if you have the patience and store them carefully, theyâre great!

I love the length of the lights and how pretty they look however it does it tangled up real easy so you could be spending quite a bit of time untangling them. It would be wise to be careful not to get them tangled. Otherwise itâs a good product.

This is an update on these darling lights. It is very hard to take out the batteries. I just gave up, however,tThese window lights for indoors are just like the photo. I’ve received may compliments and when lit, the whole window sparkles. Good buy too.

Hmm, not all of these are all alike
I got a set of a different brand which are cool white snowflakes. I liked them so much I decided to buy a set of multicolor. I assumed all these sets are mostly alike. However not so. This set has only 3 modes, ON, OFF, and Flashing. Other snowflake lights have the 8 modes and often come with remote. I like calm modes like slow twinkle and “breathing” or slow blink.The flashing is stressful and annoying, not a nice twinkle, more like a strobe light. So I’ll be using ON. The colors there are only 4, exactly as pictured. Red, warm white/yellow, green, blue. That’s it. No purple, or violet. The color scheme is a bit limited but I’m not sure it’s noticeable. That’s not really the problem.The snowflakes fall off very easily. And there’s no easy way to make them stay on. I’m tempted to use glue but I’m afraid to ruin them. Maybe I have to use a little puddle of glue and use a toothpick for a tiny amount. This is probably the biggest minus. Once you get them, you might have a crafting project on your hands too.Because they’re battery powered they seem to “fade” after a few days. They were dim to begin with. But they got even more dim after the first day. I noticed it in another set of lights so I put new batteries in both of them and when the batteries are new, they are brighter. After a day, they fade. This is a manufacturing issue. Nothing is wrong with them. They’re reacting to the normal falling of the voltage of the alkaline batteries. The manufacturer didn’t think to add any voltage regulator or electronics to keep the voltage steady.There are positives. The wiring is durable and well made. It runs on three AA batteries and has no warning about not using rechargeable. I assume that’s because it doesn’t have a slow fade mode, which is basically a dimmer. I had the cool whites running in steady ON mode for nearly a week and they were going strong. I’ll have to test and see these.The battery panel is a bit tricky to open, it slides “toward” the switch. Hold it like a pack of cards, put your thumb on the panel, point your nail toward the switch and wire and push toward the wire/switch, like you’re going to fan out a deck of cards. Gently. If you do it in other ways, it can pinch your fingers, so use care.In the end, I decided to return these. The breaking point was that, since there’s no voltage control electronics the batteries are drained quickly. I used both alkaline and NiMH in separate tests and both were drained equally quickly. When they become dim, they’re almost unnoticeable, except in total darkness. Replacing the batteries every two days is just a bit much to ask. It’s OK for party supplies, but not OK for xmas lights. The strings of lights with dimmer/timer/8modes have enough electronics that I can make them last all week. That’s more reasonable.

I never seen snowflake lights so i had to buy some and try them, they are absolutely stunning and went around my 5ft tree perfectly. The casing it hard to get off to put batteries in but besides that, they are perfect and absolutely beautiful in both modes, the colorful, solid and blinkingð

Super cute
I bought these for Christmas originally to put on my mantle, but I ended up needing them for around the bedroom window. They fit perfectly and theyâre super cute and bright. I had originally thought the snowflakes were bigger based off of the original picture, but I still love them even though theyâre a bit smaller. Iâd highly recommend!

The bulbs do not light
This product was shipped to me in transparent packaging⦠clearly (no pun intended) it came damaged. Seriously, the shipping label is just on the back side of this plastic bag. The lights do not work and the size and length are misleading in the advertisement. However, it works well for small spaces so I wouldnât have minded keeping them had they worked. This is not a bad product for its price, though similarly to the other reviews it is very inconsistent.

I think itâs really frustrating and very disappointing when products do not live up to expectations. One bulb is dead. Iâve had no choice but to order 3 more pieces because I underestimated the length required for my tree and I am keeping fingers crossed that I am not going to find any more dead bulbs.
