UP your Size
These shoes are super comfortable, that is, once I got the size right! I usually wear a 11.5W, so I ordered 12W. But once I received the first pair, I realized that they were way too small. Had to exchange for a 13W. Now they fit super nice. Size up on your order at least by 1.5 and you’ll avoid the process of exchange. Have not had the chance to explore the effectiveness against water, but plan to update my review once I’ve put them through the test. I’m sure you’ll like them once you get the size right.

Great comfort and style.
These were very comfortable! Iâve played golf in them and walked all over the UK! They kept my feet dry in the rain and cool on the sunny days! I typically wear a size 11 regular width. I reordered a size up 11 1/2 and wide width! They fit perfectly. A highly recommend these, they look great with shorts; jeans and dress casual slacks!

Held up after a year of manual labor
I work in a cold, wet environment so waterproofing is important in my shoes. A little warm in the summer but not warm enough in the winter. A little tight but you just have to break them in and they’ll mold to your feet. That said, I’d recommend getting either a half size or full size up just in case. Not the fanciest shoe, but holds up to some pretty hard work and after countless miles on these, I’d say it was worth the purchase.

The size is only accurate to the length, not the width.
To start with I have size 14 feet and have a wide foot. I purchased the 14 wide shoe and was sent the correct item, though when trying them on they are super tight, even on the toe box. I dread to feel what the 14 regulars feel like! I dHad to double check the labels to make sure I was sent the correct show, but I discovered they are in fact 14 wide. They certainly don’t feel wide. I have another pair of columbia walking boots and they are great feeling walking shoes, and at a 14 wide they felt perfect, which is why I purchased these too. Not just that, the price was crazy low at a sale of $24!! Though the price honestly doesn’t matter as they are unwearable for me and would destroy my feet if I attempted a longer than 10 minute walk, let alone a hike on rough terrain for an hour or 2!! I genuinely would have no feet left by the end of it. I’m exaggerating of course, but that is the difference between the description and the physical fit for me.Pros. From what I felt the pros are that they are soft on the heel and toes, have adequate arch support, feel lightweight and grippy, and have a good mix of breathable upper with solid leather so should last a while. Only issue for me is they don’t fit my foot width at all, even though in theory they are my size. I will be returning them this week, as they just don’t fit as described which is a shame as I wanted to like these!

NOT WATERPROOF!
I bought these to wear during the rainy season and today was the 1st real rain that I experiencedâ¦and let me just say that my feet were soaked within 90 seconds and I mean soaking wet. Overall they are very comfortable but are no where near water resistant let alone waterproof. I should have spent more money on a better quality product. I would absolutely return them if I could. 0/5 will never buy again.

100% WATER-PROOF !
I usually don’t review much but this is important to those of us that work outside all year.Fit- Little tight on the 9.5 (so I would suggest sizing up to the next 1/2) but the breathable fabric stretches a bit and I don’t tie tight so comfort is VERY good.I read meters so I’m on constantly changing terrain. I mostly walk on soaked lawns and in between bushes on roots and mud. Traction is sure footed and good despite a low lug (more like a sneaker sole). These will also pound city side walks all day with great cushioning and bounce back from the heel. LIGHT WEIGHT TOO ! Well made and built like a tank I’d say these make that GREAT all around pair for work. No more changing from sneakers to boots ! It’s BATTLE PROVEN !

VERY comfortable, but too small.
As many reviews have said, these ARE small. I normally wear an 8/8.5 men’s (wide, where possible). So with me being kind of in-between sizes I thought maybe them running small wouldn’t be an issue. I was ALMOST right. Got the 8.5 Wides and they were very comfortable and I didn’t even notice they were just a little too tight, until a few days in to trying them on.Ended up getting the 9 Wide’s and they fit great! These might be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Despite being labelled as hiking shoes, I wear these for work, where I spend A LOT of my time on my feet. So yes, buyer beware in regards to size. Otherwise, these shoes are fantastic!

These shoes fit me perfectly even though they are slightly narrower than other wide shoes I have worn.They are great for dog walking over rough ground and wet grass and my feet stay dry.

Los zapatos Columbia Waterproof Hiking son muy cómodos, resistentes, permiten tener una pisada suave, de una suela con calidad y duradera, y no resbalan inclusive en terrenos mojados o húmedos. Los zapatos los puse a prueba en un terreno de rocas cubiertas con sargazos y no resbalaron. Además, los zapatos en mi opinión tienen un diseño bonito, bien deportivo. Estoy satisfecho con el producto, y sin lugar a dudas, los recomiendo mucho.
