    Very comfortable
I purchased these with the intention of wearing them on details in the cold winter months when having to stand outside. They match my Blauer uniform tops. It’s an inexpensive option while still looking professional but with keeping warm. I do plan on wearing an under layer just incase. It’s made of good material and fits great. It’s light weight and would purchased again given the value. If your a LEO, get these for your winter details especially if your uniforms are the Blauer navy blue attire.

    187% worth the money.
The pockets and placement are great, the fitment is great, the material is very durable, the windproof and waterproof factors do not disappoint, and they are definitely warm! Blocking the wind so well is a huge factor. They kept me nicely warm working outdoors in Iowa winter, where normally I would wear additional layers under jeans and still get cold at times. No need for the extra layers now. They’re also not too hot when it’s cold in the morning but starts getting hot by the afternoon which is fantastic. This brand has one me over, and I’ll be getting additional pairs in different colors of the thermals and regular.

    Reasonably good
For context, my experience is for backpacking for 37 miles in late November at elevation in the Smokies. I apologize if this gets a little TMI, but backpackers will want to know this detail.I did not want to buy a hugely expensive pair of pants from REI to go winter hiking in. I took these on a four day trip to the Smokies. It drizzled the first day and was clear the following days. It dropped below freezing at night and went into 40 F during the day.My legs did not overheat, generally. I sweat in my undercarriage and I did okay. I would offer that if I had gone a few more days I would have chafed more. I dried the pants from the sweat in them at night using my body heat and it worked. For the day it drizzled, it was very cold, but I didn’t get wet or freeze. I would offer that my body heat did more to keep me dry than anything. Would not trust in a flat out downpour.Pockets are good. I didn’t really use the hip pockets because I’ve been in the Army a long time and items in those pockets tend to beat up your knees. But they do work. Velcro makes them iffy for holding high value items.I would buy again. But only for real cold weather hikes, they are overkill for anything above 45F. But I run hot and carry a backpack that’s a space heater on my back. Take that as you will.

    Warm and water resistant
I got these pants for a trip to Iceland and they were great. Warm during the day (but not too warm!), comfortable, and water-resistant for Iceland’s attractions like the waterfalls.

    Heavy duty
I ordered two for my son who works outdoors. He isn’t fond of me buying his clothes but this was a Christmas gift and he doesn’t have time to shop for himself. After wearing once, he turned around and asked for me to order more! He now has five pair that he rotates through the work week. I also had to order them for my husband. Both guys love these pants. The pockets are the right size for their large iPhones, the guys stay warm and dry and the fit is perfect. They wash well and look good on them too.

    Awesome
Highly recommend this brand and style. I worked hazmat response and had a pair of 5.11’s that lasted me years. I think this brand will do just as well! I just moved to Alaska too so the inner lining helps a lot. Totally worth it warm, good quality, for great for a fat guy.

Tough and warm! Perfect for outdoor worker.
Got these for my son, who is a Pipe technician. He works in a wet, muddy environment and we are in a cold area, so he typically wears long johns under his other pants. These are perfect! He loves them and wears them all the time. They are holding up great. They wash up nice and he loves the warm, soft interior. I will be buying more. Sizing was perfect, too. He’s 6’3″, 170# and he wears 32/34.
