These Culturelle womenâs wellness probiotic chewables are easy to chew but they taste chalky and too artificially sweet for my taste. This is not a big issue. I take a tablet first thing in the morning with a big glass of water. I am a big believer in probiotics and these probiotics seem to work well to promote regularity which is great. Works for Female Problems
I had a recurring issue I couldn’t rid myself of, but after taking internal prebiotics, as well as these chewable probiotics (because I have trouble swallowing pills), it has solved the issue that years of Metronidazole treatments hadn’t cured. After the situation cleared up, I was able to stop using the prebiotic suppository and just take this once a day and it has kept the condition at bay. So I highly recommend this over repeated, useless, prescription treatments. I’m just sorry it took me 20 years to figure out this simple treatment. Hopefully, you will discover it earlier than I did.
