Nice Socks
I bought these for a trip to Europe. I like traveling with wool socks, because often I can wear them for more than one day by simply turning them inside out at the end of the day and letting them air and dry out. That may not be your thing; but, if you need to travel light, you can only pack so many socks. Wool is good in that, for me, it typically doesnât stink from perspiration. These are also a nice wool blend, so if you do need to wash them out, they dry reasonably quickly. The fit is good (size is accurate), and they are comfortable to wear. Just the right weight–Warm in colder weather and cool in warmer weather. The color goes with anything. Happy feet!

Great socks
These socks are comfortable and are great at keeping your feet dry. The only downside for me is that I pound concrete in a warehouse for 10hr shifts and they do not provide the cushion I need. I AM keeping them as they are nice but I won’t be using them for work and IF I was a hiker I wouldn’t use them for that but make no mistake, they are nice socks. No itch, no sweaty feet (even after putting them on at 5 am and taking them off at 2000). Well made. I wear 11W and I bought the corresponding size from the chart, they fit well but I am questioning if I should have gone one size up but I am used to a less snug fit. My wonder is how much they will shrink after repeated washings.

Quality Merino Wool Socks!
I purchased these socks because I needed merino wool blend socks for all around use but also specifically for outdoor adventures in 4 seasons. So far these socks have not disappointed! The padding is good and they are soft even after washing and Iâm able to dry them using a dryer. They also resist odor pretty well due to the wool content. My feet stayed warm in Midwestern winter in them and cool during summer. I considered pricier higher wool content socks but these perform well at a good price for regular usage. They also stay up around my ankle and do not bunch, so I expect I will purchase more in the future to replace other socks as they wear out.

I really like these socks, and have 9 pairs of them, but there is one strange bit
To start with, I like these socks – I got the brown ones, and I like that they have the lines and color variations on them so it’s easy to tell when you have them lined up on your feet. If you get them note that they suggest you wash them inside out, which I do, and they also have a guarantee that you won’t get a hole in them for at least a year. I find them warm and comfortable. The whole moisture wicking thing does work, but once it gets to the outside it’s still in your boot anyway! It is really nice when you take your boots off how fast they dry out though! I mentioned the strange bit. I have 9 pairs of these and I wear them all, but 6 pairs of them have what I will call “wider” top bands on them and they are very comfortable and easy to put on, and the other 3 pairs have slightly narrower top bands, maybe 7/16″ less, even though I ordered the same product and size, and those ones kind of feel like they are a half-size smaller even though it might be my imagination. They just seem tighter going on and off. That isn’t a deal-breaker for me, but I did the usual thing where I get the first 3-pack to see if I like them, buy another 3-pack that seemed like it was made by a different mfgr even though it is the same sock, and then the 3rd 3-pack was back to the original again. I will probably buy at least one more pack. If you like colors there are plenty to choose from, but I stuck with the brown so I can wear them for work. I DO recommend them and wear them for daily use. I went with the biggest size as I am a 12-wide.

Great Value & High Quality
Iâm an avid hiker who is always looking for reasonably priced quality footwear. In this case, itâs the socks which take the prize. Lightweight with a Merino wool blend keeps my feet cool, dry and comfortable on medium intensity hikes. Theyâve been through the wash a few times and still feel very comfortable.

Subpar for the price
I work outside in the Florida heat every day for anywhere from 8 to 14 hours and these socks do provide great comfort for the soles of my feet in my work boot and the sweat wicking properties are wonderful, but unfortunately if you have any calf muscles at all these socks just sag and sag and sag until youâre soaking sweaty and nasty then they will finally stay up and by then the day is over.Overall, I would rate this product around 70 out of 100. Some of the features are great but theyâre definitely not for the working man, if youâre looking to buy some socks to play pickle ball in or tennis or something these might be the ones for you but they ainât worth sliding into a work boot. I guess Iâm back to the drawing board to find socks that can handle a hard days work.

AMAZING DURABILITY.
I bought three pairs of Danish Merino Wool Hiking Socks crew length FOUR years and two months ago. For, I believe, $33. I wear them with my work boots every day that I can, which means that each pair of socks probably gets worn once a week. All three pairs look like this. The only sign of wear is at the back of the ankle where itâs getting a little thin. I wouldnât be surprised however, if I get another year or two out of these.I wear them year-round. In hot, humid weather, after pulling off my leather boots, these socks are almost dry. In winter, I will choose a heavier sock when itâs really cold. Thereâs only one thing Iâve had to get used to though, and that is that they donât slip on like regular socks. They fit my size 11 feet perfectly, but I have to pull the whole sock on to the front of my foot, then bunch it all up and work it over my ankle. This took some getting used to.These have far outperformed comparable socks made by Smart Wool and Redwing that I have tried. Some of those socks were $25/pair. These were $11/pair. My hat is off to the manufacturers.

I bought these for a 70 km hike in Iceland. These are great socks that kept my feet dry, warm and comfortable on the entire trip. I had 6 pairs, so clean socks every day of the hike. Very impressed with these hiking socks.

Bought these for day hikes – the difference between these wool socks and cotton socks is night and day. My feet can breathe much more easily and they don’t absolutely stink after a day on the trails (I’m not saying they smell good, but it’s a definite improvement!)

Better than expected ! Would definitely buy again.
