Great product, lacks proper instructions
Works as intended, but be careful! The directions are sparse to say the least (pun intended). Arm bands are designed for smaller people as is the belt itself. Too small for anybody thatâs over an XL in pants. Iâm close, but made it work.1. Make sure to use the water spritzer. The one provided is poor at best. Buy a small hand spritzer or mister – it makes a huge difference in conduction.2. The contact pads work well and the fact you donât have to use replaceable gel pads is awesome.3. The electrodes (TEMS units?) basically have no instructions. They snap on and off easily and are easy to charge.4. Itâs trial and error for which mode and intensity works for you. The later modes mix up the sequencing better, but watch the intensity levels. They can, um, surprise you with how strong the contractions can be.After a month of nearly daily use, the system is still going strong, but I had to replace the spritzer. There is a bit of fraying around the Velcro attachment areas, but that can be remedied with a clothing fuzz remover or de-pilling shaver. Be careful how much material you remove as it can affect how well the Velcro attaches. If it gets too thin, you could use an iron-on Velcro patch to extend its life.One thing did make me laugh while using the system. On your arms, if you get really good conduction on a rapid pulse mode, you will have NO CONTROL of your lower arms! Talk about âQUIT HITTING YOURSELF!â Absolute riot! Best laugh Iâve had in months!

Abs Stimulator – works exactly as one would expect and hope
The product arrived in a very presentable high-end box (reminiscent of quality electronic products).Each contained item was individually wrapped. The assembly is just a couple of pop studs holding the USB chargeable control unit to the belt. One simple convenient USB cable, supplied, to charge all 3 control units at the same time. Operation of the control units is easy and intuitive. A great advantage of this system is that no gel packs are required to transmit the stimulation from the belt to your body. Simply mist spray a little water on the stimulation patches and on the skin, for a perfect experience.I highly rate the system and can honestly report that my muscles have had a comprehensive workout while using the device. I have worn it discreetly under clothing while working at my desk, watching the TV and hanging out at home. 5 stars.

I am more pleased than i thought i would. If i could give it 10 stars i would. due to a serious injury involved my spine, I needed a tens unit to help w pain but also needed something to help my muscles as some of them I have lost the ability to use them. First and foremost, this not only woke up my muscles that I could no longer use or feel, it has put me in a better state of mind feeling better about being able to improve muscle function so i can gain muscle mass…..I can not say enough about this product. my left arm I couldn’t lift pass my head had lots of trouble dressing. Now It is easier getting dressed and I have more control over my movement and less pain. Got 2 for the price of one. on low settings helped my pain like a tens unit w/out the after effects of excessive swelling, I would get from using a tens unit and allowed me to move better for the whole day not just a few hours, my left arm I can use more, and have been able to do more pool exercises with in only 3 days of using this wonderful product. I’m excited to see what it does for muscle gain so that i can be able to lift dumbbells starting at 5lbs, yeah I’m pretty screwed up physically but this product has giving me way more hope than 4 years of therapy w/out the extra pain and w no added or excessive swelling therapy gave me. God Bless the makers of this product. nomessing around w replacing thoese sticky things just wet skin and wear. Thank You Thank You Thank You….

Good performance and convenient to use in various modes
I used to use other stimulators, but I often had to replace the stickers, and since they stick directly to the body, the sensation wasn’t pleasant. This one is great because it has Velcro, so it doesnât stick directly to my skin. I can lightly moisten it to adjust the size to fit my body and then switch to my desired mode. The basic mode allows for a strong workout even at level 4, but when I switched to the second mode and set the intensity to 1, it still felt like a high-intensity workout. The price is excellent, so I recommended it to my friends.

Ouch! This thing hurts!
Definitely not what I was expecting! More than anything else, this ABS stimulator hurt – almost shock-like – when I put this on and got it started. I don’t know exactly what I was expecting, but it certainly wasn’t this. Rather than provide any stimulation, it provided little bolts of shock. I would not recommend.

Arm belts deliver painful shocks
I really like how the abdominal belt works. It has an adjustable Velcro attachment that will fit a variety of sizes. I can feel my muscles moving as if they are contracting. The belt has a small attachment that you can use to change the mode and apply more or less strength to it.My problem is with the arm belts. They deliver painful shocks! Even when placed on level 1 and in all modes it is just extremely painful. They are not supposed to shock you.
