Great quality great price!
I bought this duvet set when my husband and I finally decided to invest in a new mattress. We wanted some thing beautiful but cozy and durable because we have pets who sometimes sleep with us. I did some research and decided to go with linen when I stumbled across this duvet set. I got the beige color, so itâs not 100% linen, but it is a 55% linen 45% cotton blend. It has ties in every corner and on every side to hold the duvet in place and a button closure. I was very pleased with the color when it came in. The beige is true to color, not too yellow or too gray. After my duvet inserts came in I decided to put it together and try it out on the bed. I didnât initially wash it because I wanted to see how it looked. And no surprise it looked great and it felt good! My husband has sensitive skin and certain fabric textures can cause him to break out if thy are too rough. So he laid under it for a little bit to feel it out. He said it was a little scratchy and he thought it might irritate his skin. I do not have sensitive skin and I tried it and it felt fine. Not super scratchy but it could be softer. I knew linen gets softer after its washed so I wasnât worried about it. We decided that we were going to keep it and so it was washed. After it came out it was much softer, not drastically, but it was enough for my husband to feel the difference. Its very durable heavy material but not hot. The stitching looks nice and the buttons are a beautiful natural wood color. It honestly feels like weâre sleeping in a hotel every night! The pillow shams fit king-size pillows beautifully. The only negative thing would say is that it doesnât cover the sides of the bed very much. itâs a little too short if you want it to come down and cover your mattress. I have a very deep mattress but even if I didnât, it still wouldnât cover the whole thing. Overall five out of five stars for everything else! I would definitely buy this again. I think itâs a great price for what you get especially since linen is very expensive.

Soft and attractive
I liked it so much, I ordered a second one! I would suggest after you wash it, to only partially dry it and hang it up if you have the space to do so. I dried it on a delicate cycle and had to clean the lint trap 3 times. I do worry that it might wear out Sooner than Iâd like, losing this much of the material. But the price and the quality seem fair and much better priced than PB for flax linen.

high quality duvet
Iâve had this duvet for 3 years! Came back to write this review because itâs held up in the wash, the only downside is some of the buttons have broken but Iâve replaced them. The linen stays cool in the summer and itâs the perfect shade of white. I love how it looks and how it feels, totally recommend

This duvet has a lovely soft texture and looks/feels like more expensive linen. The material is somewhat light weight but it does not look cheap. The narrow border, the inside ties and the hidden zipper are all features that also give this duvet the appearance of a more expensive product. Can’t address the durability since I haven’t had it long. I machine-washed it when I first got it and washed well. Off-white is an accurate description of the color – which is like a very light ivory color. For the price this is an excellent, high quality product. I would buy it again.

Gives the high-end look without the price tag
I’ve been eyeing a linen duvet cover from an expensive store we can call PB. But I just didn’t want to spend 200-300. I came across a full down duvet in Costco for around $99. I would call it a winter weight. We don’t have cold winters here, but I wanted the extra full look. I first purchased the pure white DAPU duvet cover. It arrived quickly, perfect condition, had a zip closure and was very soft. The label also said “100% French Linen”. I noticed other reviews saying the linen wasn’t that soft, but to me, this was really nice and soft, so I was confused. Anyway, it looked great on my bed but I felt it was actually TOO white. I returned that and ordered the Off-white, which turned out to be more what I was looking for. The off-white cover has a button closure and is 50% cotton and 50% linen and definitely isn’t as soft. We are not sleeping directly under the duvet, so this isn’t a big deal to us. Other reviews say it gets softer with each wash, so we will see. I included a couple photos showing the color. The euro pillows on my bed are listed as “Sour Cream” as the color, and the folded coverlet also matches those. So you can see how the DAPU Off-white is slightly lighter/brighter than these. The king size pillow cover shown is also DAPU and appears even more white. Overall I’m super pleased with the overall look of things for a lot less than that other retailer!

Great Deal!
Beautiful color and I love the quality. I live in linen everything. My husband thinks itâs scratchy but after a few washes it softens up. I wash it gentle cycle cold and then hang dry. Same as the sheets i bought, it is great in hot climate.

Pretty great but didnât last a long time.
I purchased this in 2020. It looks great and feels great but the longevity just isnât there. Linen is supposed to get stronger and more supple with age but now there are a bunch of holes worn through up by our heads. Itâs gotten quite threadbare after four years of maybe monthly or bimonthly washings.

I was very disappointed in the product as itâs the furthest thing from hemp you could imagine. If you like Uber soft bedsheets would be very warm and clingy then these are for you. I was looking for hemp that is very cool and rough as thatâs what Iâm used to. The colour was lovely however.I contacted the seller and they made it right immediately. I was very impressed with their integrity & swift action.

Okâ¦so if you love already soft sheetsâ¦linen isnât for you. If you love the look, the comfort, the homey-ness of linen and itâs breathabilityâ¦these are the sheets youâre looking for. If youâve ever bought linen clothes, youâll know itâs not super soft (thatâs not why you buy linen). I bought the duvet set and the quality is beyond my expectations. So clean and beautifully made. I live in Canada so the only reason I hesitate to buy a set of sheets from this company is the shipping. If it wasnât for the shipping, Iâd definitely buy a sheet set to go with my duvet set from them. The pillow shams however are quite small so I believe they will only fit a small standard pillow.

I love it. Itâs the exact colour I wanted, not white, linen ivory, stunning. Yes it does âshedâ a bit but I vacuum once a week anyhow. I washed it gentle cycle, low tumble dry and ironed on low heat for the wrinkles. It is a little wrinkly but I expected that and itâs so soft and lovely. Itâs perfect and exactly what I wanted.
