So tiny and cute
Itâs very small, like a grapefruit almost. Easy to operate, just plug it in, no dials or buttons. Itâs easy to clean, just wipe it down once it cools. It does get very hot on the top and sides during operation, so be careful using it.The first night I made a fried egg, I would have made more, but I only had one egg. It didnât take long at all, and bam, a fried egg! Then I got crazy and made a tiny quesadilla with tortillas (I cut them to size) and shredded cheese and chicken. Very delicious, with toasty crispy tortillas and melted cheese.I think it will be fun to make single servings, but if youâre cooking for more than one or two people maybe get a big griddle or use a pan.Itâs so freaking cute and tiny though, I love it. Iâm going to try mini pizzas and mini grilled cheese, and maybe mini homemade tortillas :PGet yourself a soft heat resistant spatula or something for manipulating whatever youâre cooking. Like if you want to flip your egg or slide it off onto a plate.Update, tiny grilled cheese was a successUpdate times two, it didnât do so well on the brown and serve turkey sausage patties, but it is amazing at eggs. If you whisk your egg first then and pour it in to cook it makes kind of an egg pancake, which works very well in breakfast sandwiches. Very easy to wipe clean.

Handy for baby feeding
I bought this to make my grand baby mini pancakes and freeze them. I made blueberry, banana, applesauce and combinations. The waffle maker is sturdy, easy to use, no burning of pancakes, easy clean up and makes the perfect size for a serving. The price was right too! Highly recommend.

Great griddle
Great little mini griddle! Love how it make eggs taste so much better and fluffy! Heats/Cooks fast. We camp and so much easier!

Functional
It’s a simple design and quick to use, works as it’s intended. Only down side in my opinion is that it does not have a ON or OFF switch, no way to regulate the heat, and no timer or other button features. You just plug it in and starts heating up real quick, good for cooking eggs and pancakes in under 5min

This does everything well!!
Since I don’t like waffles, I wasn’t about to order one of Dash’s waffle makers. These little griddles are perfect for so many things! I’ve been doing Keto for the past few years and love toasting a hamburger bun, Keto of course, adding cheese to it and I crack one egg on the Dash (after spraying with a bit of avocado oil first), I break the yolk, and sprinkle taco seasoning on it to add flavor. After a minute or two when I hear sizzling, I turn it over (because I don’t think the top gets as hot as the bottom) and let it on for another minute or two. The eggs are just a tad larger than the hamburger buns but that’s fine.I also make the Birchbender’s low carb pancakes occasionally and use this little griddle. I bought one of the off brands from Walmart, which was less than $10, but that thing takes forever…. it just doesn’t get hot enough! I can make 3 pancakes (or eggs for that matter) with the Dash than I can get cooked with the knockoff. In this case? Go for the Dash, you won’t be sorry!

I love this little thing!
It works perfectly for making a fried egg. Itâs so quick and no mess. I live alone so cooking for one is not always fun. Now I just pop an egg on top of most anything and itâs delicious. It looks adorable, stores easily and you just wipe it clean.

Cute. Quick. Efficuent.
Ok, my first order of this little cooker arrived damaged right out of the box (two BB sized nicks in the top plate). I was sorely disappointed as I wanted to try it right away. I called Amazon and they sent me a replacement at no charge, and it arrived the next day! So kudos for Amazon being so responsive! The second cooker arrived in perfect condition. I tried it first making little “onion rings”, putting a small amount of mozzarella on the bottom plate, then loaded up the onions, then added more mozzarella on top of onions. I DID have to flip it once to get the top cooked. The problem with this is, the cheese on top melts down to the bottom, and now the top is trying to cook just the exposed onion. But still they were tasty and crunchy. However, I do believe the Dash DOES cook from the top plate as well as the bottom plate, because the next day I put a golf ball sized ball of pork sausage in there, squeezed the top and bottom plates together, flattening the ball. The sausage DID get cooked on both top and bottom without me needing to flip it!One thing these Dash people need to do is put some kind of clip on this thing in order to secure the top and bottom plates close tightly to ensure the top of whatever, gets cooked without flipping. The ball of sausage flattened out but still a bit tall for the top plate to firmly stay down, but I had a small, flat, cast iron pan there on the stove, so I put that on the top of the Dash and the weight kept the top plate down against the sausage. This is why it cooked both sides without flipping, proving that the top plate DOES cook if whatever you have in there is touching it firmly enough.Cooking an egg? Sheesh, really easy and the top plate was just enough to get the white cooked while not over cooking the yolk, unless you want a hard yolk, then just let it cook longer.I thought the Dash was very easy to clean. I did have some grease from that sausage but it wasn’t enough to dribble over the bottom plate. I dabbed the grease with a paper towel before picking up the Dash to clean more thoroughly. I just used a damp cloth â no soap. Dried it and before putting away (make sure it’s cooled down), I slipped that little piece of paper that came between the plates in the packaging, back between the plates.All-in-all I love my little Dash and am going to use it often.

Purchased as a craft too, not cooking tool
I bought the teeny pancake cooker to use as a tool for creating art components. It works pretty well in that regard. I think it belongs in the category of being a toy. Yes, you can make pancakes but you would starve to death before getting even one serving of little pancakes. Sort of like making a cake from an easy bake oven. It can be done BUTâ¦. toy – yes, cooking tool – no
