Laptop did not have a keyboard backlight.

Liked the idea of a backlit keyboard and the description of this computer indicated it had one. It does not. A bit annoying.

Recalienta a nivel de quemar al tacto y cuando esta caliente no enciende, tengo que desenchufarla, esperar que se agote la bateria y recien ahi se comienza a enfriar y pasadas horas la vuelvo a encender y le vuelve a pasar lo mismo.Realmente un desatre, no la pude usar aun. he tenido otras dell y sin problemas, pero esta me esta dando mucho trabajo. ya voy mas de 3 meses y no la he podido usar

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: NO BACKLIT KEYBOARD
I got the laptop and have been searching for laptops with a backlit keyboard. I’ve bought and returned several that were falsely advertised. Everything about this laptop was accurate except for the backlit keyboardâit doesn’t have one. When I asked customer support if they could exchange it for a model with a backlit keyboard, they said they don’t have any. I’m disappointed and upset about this. BEWARE!
