This product is amazing!
First of all, when using treatments to improve skin such as lasers, you have to be able to endure a little bit of discomfort to see results. I use this twice a day on the highest setting for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time. Itâs only uncomfortable when you lift it off the skin continually. If you leave it on the skin as you do the treatment it is not uncomfortable. I have seen amazing results as I am 54 years old and my face now looks like it did when I was in my 30s. Again I do use it on the highest frequency And it is nowhere near as uncomfortable as people have claimed but again everyone has different pain tolerances. For me a tiny bit of snapping to have my skin look the way it does, is a no brainer! It has eliminated any sagging skin on my neck and jawline as well.

Excellent product
I’ve been using a Derma-Wand for almost a decade. I noticed a difference in about 3 weeks after first starting. I love it. It does have a ‘tingle’ especially in your teeth/gums when you first get started but after a while you get used to it and later don’t feel it at all. The bulb on my older one finally broke and I decided to try the new, stronger one. It is alot stronger. My skin is not nearly as wrinkled as others my age and the tone & texture is by far the greatest improvement. I love it!

it really does help
not a miracle worker but I do FEEL a difference in my skin, I do SEE a little firmer look also, I am encouraged enough to keep using it and hopefully in time the difference will be even more noticeable—3 months later I am still using DermaWand faithfully! I feel even more firmness and some lift going on. I find it reminds me not to frown, so I am a fan for life!

Tengo dudas
Lo acabo de comprar venÃa en su caja pero rota, se nota que fue abierto antes. Sin embargo traÃa el manual. Lo he usado unas 4 veces seguido( 1 vez al dÃa) la microcorriente es muy elevada en nivel 1, me es incómodo y siento que me voy a electrocutar en cualquier momento, es normal esa sensación? No lo sé 🙁

I have been using derma wand since 2012 and it just gave out so I did the upgrade to the pro works just as well. I would say a beginner can save money and but the derma wand for 76.00 and decide on the pro for 198.00 later. I went with the pro because I have worked up to the additional 3 settings which is the only difference. I love it. People tell me all the time that they can’t believe I am 61. I use it not only on my face and neck but my arms and thighs as well.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have had the original Dermawand for a number of years and have really liked it. It has performed flawlessly. I do think it works at minimizing wrinkles and uplifting and brightening skin. I long thought it would be nice to have a more powerful device. I was excited to see the recent introduction of the Dermawand Pro which is noticeably more powerful and more effective. Within a month the device started to weaken and then stop working. I contacted the Seller, who could not have been more cooperative and shipped me a new device immediately. I love the new device! And I especially like the great customer service!UPDATE: CANCEL EVERYTHING I SAID ABOVE. The replacement unit started to lose power in under six months. I tolerated it for awhile but when it got bad enough, I tried to reach customer service both by phone and email since September! My December efforts have included three emails and several phone calls. Today I called their 800 number and got a message — with no Dermawand ID — that they could not take my call at this time and I should send a detailed email to customerservice@ictvbrands.com. When I googled ICTVBrands to find out who they were, I found out that their account had been suspended (see image). This is ridiculous. And Amazon continues to list their products. AMAZON SHOULD STOP CARRYING DERMAWAND NOW.

It works
This product really does work. It does smooth out the line to bring oxygen to the area. If you also pull and lift it also can achieved that as well. I use their gel but you donât have to. You can use aloe vera gel or any other rich serum that you own. I like to do that because Iâm doing two things Simultaneously.

I WAS SCEPTICAL – IT WORKS BETTER THAN EXPECTED!
Been using for about 10 minutes twice a day and I can definitely see a softening of my wrinkles and my lines. Maybe it was a coincidence but I met a friend for dinner on the second day of using it and she commented how smooth my face was. My chin is less droopy and I have a fresher look – not so tired under my eyes. I feel my skin is plumper in a good way and I am using it at full strength without any redness.

Had to replace my original derma wand that I’d had for 15 years,due to dog running into cable full force in a mad moment, while I was using it, resulting in a loose wire inside….went for the 50percent more powerful one as,as paying out that much money might aswell go for stronger one as am used to it. I can’t feel it has any more power in it,but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t,maybe just very used to the sensation. But the power cable is extremely short,unless you are on a low stool an inch away from socket,you have to use an extension,( no exaggeration) which is ridiculous! ..also says it comes with a lotion,which is missing in mine…..but I do like derma wand,it makes a difference to my skin,it makes it look healthier,and firmer..
