Best diaper cream
This is the best diaper cream, and is the only thing Iâve used for rashes since my daughter was a newborn. I like the squeeze tube for cleanliness, so youâre not introducing bacteria by repeatedly dipping into a jar. A little goes a long way. Itâs nice and thick and actually stays on the skin, forming a nice protective barrier even after closing the diaper. Iâve even used it on some irritation in my babies neck crease, and it cleared it up within hours. Iâll continue to repurchase this for all my babies.

Great for friction rash for adults too!
I get friction rashes in between my thighs sometimes, especially when I forget to add powder because my job is fairly active. This works amazing , clears it relatively fast, is non- irritating, and overall I would recommend. The only qualm I have with it is that (at least to me) the smell is pretty gross & is strong. I expected it with zinc oxide but still. If I get it on my hands especially, I cannot stop smelling it until I wash & scrub them really well. Even then it still lingers a bit. Could just be a me thing, but do expect that. But regardless, donât let that stop you from buying it, it really works well for what I use it for, which is not to smell good.

Better than Butt Paste
This is a fantastic product. My baby has never had a diaper rash because I use it in a prophylactic manner, slather it on before bed time and she wakes up 12 hours later still rash or irritation free with a thin coating of it still on booty. None of the other butt creams accomplish this.

I have been using this on my baby since he was a newborn. I put it on at night time Or when his bottom is super red. It is pretty thick when you put it on and leave the residue on on your finger. We have tried other butt creams, and this one works best.

Takes way diaper rash effectively
