Love these candles. Ordered a 2nd set. They fit in my windows better than my 3″ diameter candles. These can be used inside or outside. We just got a gazebo and have them on the tables. Inside put them on the fireplace mantle and windows. Come with 2 remotes. You can adjust the brightness and set timer for 2-8 hrs. Great value for the money. Would recommend.

Better than expected
I really like these and they work perfect for school. I bought them to put around my classroom for when we do yoga. I actually bought 3 sets. They work great. They do take 2 double A batteries each so it was A LOT of batteries to buy so I hope they last a long time because I had to buy 24 batteries for each set of candles. I like that they are remote controlled and easy to turn on and off. Set a timer. And you can dim and flicker them so they feel a little more real in the room. Came with 2 remotes. Not sure why, but at least I have an extra one in case I lose one.

These are perfect for us. Puts light in the darker parts of our home without using electricity. They are very easy to set up and set the run time you want. I actually like the smaller size as they blend in very well. We stacked 2 or 3 in some places to increase the brightness. We should have bought theses years ago!!

They function decently, but they’re very dim
I’ve tried these LED candles with alkaline, NiMH, and even disposable lithium batteries. They’re a touch brighter with lithium, but still not as bright as any of the other LED candles I own. I’d estimate they’re half as bright as an average white/ivory LED candle on high, and on low they’re so dim you think the battery is failing.I like everything else about them. They’re slim and can fit into nooks the 3″ models can’t. They timer function does seem to work. They’re actually waterproof, meaning the body including the ‘wick’ is one single molded piece and there’s a bottom plug with a silicone seal. I wouldn’t toss them in a lake, but I have no doubt they’ll survive an average rainstorm on the deck. The color is a tad on the orange side, but from a distance they do seem like they could be actual candles with wicks that have been trimmed a bit too short.The only deal killer for me is the brightness. They just don’t illuminate enough to navigate by in the dark, even after your eyes have adjusted. If you only want them for ambiance or as a direction marker to help you orient when walking back through your yard, they’ll work fine. But if you want to be able to see obstacles near them to avoid smacking your shin into an end table or tripping on a cooler, they’re not going to cut it.

I love the timer, flickering flame feature. I brought them because they are waterproof. I put them outside on my porch in the winter, summer and fall. My porch is covered, but on really stormy days the candles will get wet. I brought them last fall and they still work great.
