So helpful for schools and parents!
I just got this book and am already using it with my elementary groups and my daughter. It is very easy to follow, focused, and practical. I love the layout and the clear directions. Definitely recommend for teachers and parents.

Immediately easy to use and see results!
This is easy to use with your child, and you can immediately see results! Each exercise is thought-provoking and teaches/requires your child to use some self- reflection. Iâm using it with a slightly older child than the recommended age and it is perfect! It really makes her think and reflect! So well written and executed! A great start for cognitive-behavioral therapy for executive functioning difficulties including ADHD/ADD

Read to me
I love these workbooks, weâve done a few. The only thing that I would love love love would be if there was a âread to meâ option since my child gets really bored with reading otherwise it is perfect.

Works fine with bigger kids as well
First I planned to buy another similar book but it was out of stock so I chose this. Upon getting the package, realized that itâs only until 9 years old but itâs still useful for preteens, until 12 I think.

Best product
Worth a try

Okayish for homeschool, great for in-school kids
A lot of the activities have kids think about when they’re “at school” so that can be tricky for homeschool families to adapt the questions to fit with some homeschool styles.
Delena Colleton –
Kid friendly
A great workbook to complete over the summer

This book has interesting info for parents and children. It seems to be a book you read with your children and try out the strategies as a team (to support and better understand what the ADHDer is going through) and not a âworkbookâ that children/teenagers read and use on their own.
