Must have!
I have been eyeing these for years but was hesitant to buy thinking it would just take up more space. I normally use a potato masher or wooden spoon to break up ground beef or ground turkey but this product is a total game changer. The meat is much easier to break apart. The utensil is sturdy and works a lot better than anything else Iâve used. I wish I would have gotten one sooner!

I was looking for something to break up ground turkey (which clumps when you cook it). This has done the trick and was easy to use. Yes you have to put some force pushing down to break up the meat, but it wasn’t excessive. It did not damage any of my pots or pans. I also tried it for hamburger and for mashed potatoes and it also worked well. You do have to rinse it off before putting it in the dishwasher or hand wash it as the vanes tend to hold onto the food.

The tines could be sharper but overall it’s well made. The negative reviewers about meat sticking to this really have no business in a kitchen. Of course if you mush this into raw beef or pork it’s going to stick! This tool works great for chopping/grinding meat that’s already started browning slightly. No sticking.

Convenient and Sturdy
Love this cooking utensil. It makes make spaghetti and taco so much easier and my hands stay clean. I just drop the meat in the pan and use the meat chopper for the rest. Have only used it twice but so far I am very pleased. Made very durable

Fantastic for breaking up mince meat when cooking – wish I had known about this item sooner. Price is right too. Even my husband used and liked it and he isnât one for trying new items I purchase:). Donât find it so great for mashing potatoes I will stay with my potato masher. But this is hands down the best item for mince meat – highly recommend.
