Works well, easy to install
The fingerprint sensor reads well. The app on your phone for adding fingerprints is a little tricky to navigate. But I figured it out at 53yrs old with no computer skills.The non finger print knob on mine is a little wobbly and feels cheap, but I think it’s OK. The fingerprint knob is solid and feels good.I like how you can add new fingerprints and can set an expiration date, so neighbors or workers can’t go in after expiration.You set it with the twist of the lock to not require a fingerprint to open. Nice for my garage when I’m in and out unloading groceries.I like it’s rechargeable so no batteries to switch out. Easy to install. Took 5 minutes.Overall a good deal.

App needs work
I was able to follow the instructions to install this door knob. It works beautifully mechanically. But after installing the app and following all of the instructions to pair the knob with the app I cannot get it to pair. The store knob is useless to me unless I can make the app work. I have reached out to their service department and received the exact same instructions that came with the door knob on how to pair it. It’s looking like I’m going to have to return. I’m giving this two stars because it was easy to install and technically works as a doorknob but it does not do what it promised.

Easy to install and use
It locks after five seconds so make sure that you get your fingerprints and anyone who will be accessing your house on a regular basis to input their prints right away . Great compatibility with third party apps like google etc. kind of a pain to have to charge it when the battery is low and wish I could set the auto lock to wait longer before it locks on its own but other than that it has many features that may prove to be quite useful. Just installed it tonight so have not really had a good test run with it yet . Stay tuned for updates .

I love this smart door knob so much! I’m currently moving to a new place and need to change my lock. The fingerprint reader reads very fast and unlocks right the way. I can also use app and key to unlock if needed. The favorite thing I like about think is I can get notifications when the door is open, so I know who enter my room at what time. I feel very safet with this smart door lock. It is very easy to install as well. Highly recommend!
