There are many things a toddler can do with this. It comes with several parts, all of which are not a choking hazard. Also, and this is key, it’s not that loud.

If you have a little one and you love coffee you need this toy. It has the CUTEST coffee themed songs. My daughter wakes up in the morning and wants to play with her coffee! Best money I’ve spent on a toy. If you’re on the fence, just buy it.
