Simple and effective
Bought the rope for my daughter to train without getting slapped by ny speed rope. She used it on concrete and the plastic protector helps from breaking the rope down since it’s like a nylon. It’s long enough she can use it at 5’4″, yet I can also use it at 6′. Hefty enough weight you can get a good workout from it as well.

Regular jump rope
This is NOT a weighted jump rope. The handles seem very cheap and light. There is nothing weighted on this jump rope at all but for the price itâs a nice.

I purchased this jumprope because it was a cheap price. I am short, so I liked the option of adjusting the length of the rope. It takes a little maneuvering to find your right length. I found that when I cut the rope, it started falling apart where I cut it. This made it difficult to put the pieces back on to secure the rope to jump. I had to use tape to make sure the rope would not unravel. It works well when you are jumping and holds a good rotation when using. Just be careful when cutting the rope to your size. I did find that the handle popped off when jumping at high speeds when going down the road, so I had to keep adjusting it. Other than that, this jump rope does itâs job!
