Significantly reduced shoulder pain
Gave 4 stars because Iâve only used once. I hope this is durable because after one use, I had absolutely zero should pain while doing bench press (flat, incline, decline). I have a torn rotator cuff in the right shoulder which makes it unstable and painful in certain positions. This device made that go away. Will try with dumbells this week.

Quality product. I’m so happy with it. I used to struggle to bench 90kg 3 to 5 times with shoulder pain in left rotator cuff. Now can do 100kg 10 times. Great product to lift heavier and safer. Highly recommend.

Uso questa fascia x correggere i problemi posturali nella gestione delle spalle su bench Press e devo dire che aiuta. A lungo andare, infatti, mi sta aiutando co la mobilità delle scapole. Per quanto attiene il peso, considerate che la fascia aiuta molto in spinta, quindi vi troverete a caricare un buon 15% – 20% in più del solito. Tenetene conto x evitare brutte sorprese senza

I feel they could of made the item a lot more robust it is already starting to feel loose, other than that I love it I just hope I get more than 6 months out of it 10/10 on everything else I would definitely buy again in fact I already have the next strength up well done guys keep up the good work.
