    For a spiral notebook, it’s hardy. Good size, good value for the money, and sturdy. I like the layout of the pages and how I can enter my weight exercises well.

    Great fitness journal for tracking
    This journal is perfect for tracking your workouts. Easy to use and stay organized. I bought one for my gym partner as well. You can add your measurements, goals, exercises for each day and weights. I am able to easily see what I did before to build on my workouts. It has room for about 6 months. It is also just the right size to throw in my small gym bag.

    Talk about accountability.
    I’ve used my phone to track my process but something about writing it down, seeing your goals, and how far you come or how much effort you are actually applying makes all the difference. It’s a very user friendly format, it is super cute and the color stands out on my nightstand so it helps remind me to bring it. It’s a good size to take around with me and I am excited to be able to look back at how far I’ve come!

    So nice to write it all down!
    I love this fitness journal. It’s perfect to track your progress and see where you’re improving. It’s got a spot for you to document your weights used and reps completed so you can set goals for each workout based on your last! Great quality and honestly a great design. I would certainly recommend.

    Perfect layout. Horrible binding
    The layout of this journal is perfect. The size is great. However, the binding sucks! The back constantly comes loose and comes off. The more you use the journal, the worse it gets. It’s happened with the 2 I bought. If you try to tighten the metal coil, the pages don’t turn. This was a great journal, but I hate picking up the back several times a day from the dirty gym floor….for this reason, I won’t purchase again.

    Todo perfecto y bonito, solo puedo sugerir una mejora, en las hojas los renglones vienen uno gris y uno blanco, lo cual esta bien, solo que los renglones grises deberian ser d eun gris mas claro para que se vea mejor lo que se escribe ahi. Ya he tenido varios Fitness Tracker y vienen con el renglon gris muy claro y se puede ver bien lo que escribo, pero en este el renglon viene gris oscuro lo que complica ver bien lo que escribo.
