For reference, I typically wear a teen size S or XS, though with bottoms, I sometimes have to size up to a M to accommodate my chunkier hips/thighs/butt area. Iâm 5â4, 110 pounds, and I have the Theatrical Romantic Kibbe body type. I ordered these shorts in a size S in the color âDark Grey.â These fit me perfectly, looking completely flattering. While they do cinch inward enough to meet the smallest part of my waist, they donât fit tightly enough to offer any compression, which is fine with me, since I donât really need it. They have lots of stretch to them, which is more of a gently, accommodating stretch than a firm, hugging stretch. That means these donât cause my skin to bulge at any of the edges, either at the waist or at the thighs, which I appreciate. The butt ruching emphasizes the shape of my toned butt, but it wonât add any roundness thatâs not already there. The pockets, while functional, can be difficult to button and unbutton, since the buttons seem slightly too large for the button holes. The material of the shorts is slick and luxuriously soft, and while thin, it doesnât seem to become see-thru when moderately stretched. Overall, Iâm pleased with these.

I wasn’t sure what I’d be getting. I’m 5’3 217 lbs. I bought the XL as recommended by Amazon. They are comfortable and cute. They are a bit short for what I’ve been used to wearing lately. However that didn’t stop me from buying 3 more. Hubby loves them. Give them a try
