Very nice!
I am able to hold 2 cups of flour in this, and there is no issue with how this works. It is very easy to turn the handle, I like that the front is higher just in case I want to mound up some extra flour. I am sure the purpose is for scooping into a bag of flour, but I would rather keep the mess down and scoop my flour into this. It is a very nice quality product

Doesnât jam!
Not that I have worked with a ton of flour sifters, but the couple that we have had would always end up getting jammed and not spinning and so we had to throw them out. This one is high quality and can soft a lot of flour without any trouble. The handle turns so smoothly that even my three-year-old can use it without spilling a bunch of flour all over the counter and floor. It does a nice job of getting the flour extra to make cakes and breads, fluffy and delicious.

cheap reasonable for a flour sifter
The item seems to be fine quality itâs thin light weight metal. It is average size and appearance is as expected. Havenât had to clean it yet. The color is just shiny metal color as described

Simple kitchen tool
I like the simplicity and ease of use. It’s easy to clean and it doesn’t have a lot of places for food to get stuck. It’s an old-fashioned model and it’s exactly what I was looking for to add to my baking tools. I recommend this simple old fashioned flour sifter to anyone who enjoys baking.

Decent sifter, but flimsy
Hereâs a quick pros and cons list before I get into the full review:PROS:- Sifts flour well- Comfortable to hold- The handle makes sifting a bit easier (no need to keep tapping the sides of the sifter, just have to turn the handle)- Easy to cleanCONS:- Handle is flimsy- I donât fully trust it to not break- Canât add too much flour at a time or it will spill out of the handle holes on the sides of the sifter- The turning whisk portion inside the cup sometimes gets stuck, causing flour to go flying out- Handle doesnât turn smoothly and it makes a scratchy noise against the mesh when siftingI bought this sifter to use with flour that I grind myself, and so far it does a good job at ensuring that none of the larger pieces of wheat berries end up in the bowl. However, I have discovered a few issues that make it a bit more difficult to use than I was expecting. Firstly, if the cup is filled up to the handle portion, flour will actually spill out of the holes on the side where the handles are attached as the handle is being turned. Secondly, the handle itself feels very flimsy- I didnât trust it to not break when I was turning it normally, so instead I ended up turning it as close to the cup as I could. Lastly, the biggest issue I encountered was that because the handle doesnât turn smoothly, sometimes the whisk portion gets stuck when being turned and it causes the flour in the cup to go flying out, making a mess. The way I have found to prevent this is to only add a small amount of flour at a time instead of filling it up like I originally tried to do. This is a bit more time consuming, but itâs the only way I have found that (usually) prevents the flour from flying out and prevents it from spilling out of the handle holes.Overall, I think this sifter sifts just fine, but it has a few flaws that make the process a little bit trickier than I was expecting. If youâre someone who is okay with the flimsy handle and the thought of the occasional mess that may result from this sifter, then this sifter would work just fine for you.

Up until I bought this sifter, I had the kind of sifter that you need to squeeze the lever on the inside of the handle. I found that it took quite a long time to sift the flour. I have quite a bit of arthritis in my fingers. Yesterday was the first time that I used the hand crank model.Super results. In no time at all, I had sifted 2 cups of flour. It is a much better and faster way for me to sift baking ingredients for me.
