“Rian Stone once called the Red Pill praxeology the Chilton Manual for intersexual dynamics. Chilton Manuals were model and make-specific handbooks that auto mechanics used to identify parts and processes to repair cars. Everything about that car, from the smallest lug nut to the biggest engine block, would be detailed in that manual. The Chilton Manual doesn’t care what you think about the car’s design, nor does it bother debating how best to repair or drive the vehicle. It only details what that car is. The Chilton Manual is a perfect praxeology.” (Rollo Tomassi)

Frame is the first in a series, descripting the work of thousands of men over a decade who have learned how to create a positive male identity in a world that not only lacks it, but punishes it. This first volume describes the tetrahedron of frame, and how to use it to calm the chaos in a suboptimal life, and drive towards something better: self actualization.

    Read, but take action consistently
Frame is like the invisible hand in the market, you can’t see it, you may notice its effects, but insightful people can perceive it and clearly explain it to you, bit by bit. Rian is one of the best in that.Frame is one of the most probable reasons why you might not have as much respect, love, money and whatnot, even though you think deep down you deserve more. So in this book you’ll learn many tools that you can apply in your life, so that things start going more your way.Just like learning about the invisible hand in free markets doesn’t make you an expert in economics or rich, learning about frame won’t make you automatically happy or whatever your goal is. But learning it is essential. The book is well worth the money. I frequently watch Rian Stone’s podcast on YouTube. He has this very special ability of clearly explaining human nature and intergender dynamics, with actionable advice.Greetings from Brazil.

Dense and Complex Material, Fun and Addicting Read
Lots of things you may know, or may not know, and a very entertaining voice. These concepts are dense enough to be read and understood several times over; I think I will come back to this one again in the future. Also a well documented bibliography for those who wish to pursue deeper reading. Thank you to the author

Must read for men seeking an out of their nice guy-ness
Amazing and essential book to say the very least. Find myself rereading the Emotional Pillar because it really highlights the nice guy parts men have cultivated throughput their lives and how to get rid of them. The concept of DEER’ing and how it aids in a man’s own emasculation was game changer for me. Get a copy and you’ll see.

    Very true observations and analysis
I liked how this writer uses empirical and observational facts/data to support the subject matter. Any man wanting to get better educated on the man/women relationship dynamics should read and be open to learn from this book

What you need to know on how to build frame and become an ‘immovable oak’
There is a lot of value to gain from this book, especially if you are new to the manosphere or masculinity in general. After reading through the entire thing and making copious amounts of notes in it, I can confidently say that I think almost any man can glean a lot of value from this book. The biggest issue with this book is its technical problems. Typos, grammatical errors, formatting errors and the like are much more prevalent than they should be and somewhat takes away from the experience of reading through the book. There should have been some severe proofreading done before this book was put out to get rid of most if not all the errors I saw throughout my read.On a contents level, I think this book deserves a strong 4/5, but on a technical level, it is a 3/5 at best, maybe even a 2/5 with the number of errors I saw. With some updates to the book on a technical level I think the reading experience can be greatly improved.Even in its current state, I think it is a worthwhile read with a lot of valuable knowledge you can utilize for your own success and happiness.

A required read for men development
Great examples, simple explanations, and real-world scenarios. This book can be read by men of all age groups. In a man’s life, frame is everything that makes him real. A man without frame has a nothing

If you are competitive with yourself and want a book to bother you into doing the work, Praxeology Frame is for you!It gives you no excuse to not be too tier to the point of being uncomfortable.PS just to Rian: Dude, for some reason I never understood what negative Inquiry was through your videos but your description in this book cleared everything out for mePS to the guys that watch Rian’s Channel: I thought this book would be useless to me because I watched most of his Channel, but actually it fleshed out his whole content in a neat way and It was the best book I read in 2023 lol.

This is a great book. Easy to read and full of actionable information. There is a catch, though: here you will not find any prescriptions on what to do with your life. It’s your own job to figure it out. Once you know what you want the tools are ready.

The concepts of the book, essentially self improvement and growth for one’s own benefit, are made easy to understand by the author. Though it should become obvious how these ideas are applied to romantic relationships, they’re also very applicable to relationships with friends, family and in work. I highly recommend the book and to follow the author on social media/blog/youtube. There is far more value in this book, IF APPLIED BY THE READER, then the price would suggest. The author is up and coming in the self improvement sphere, and a giant when standing next to Aaron Clarey (read his stuff too).

Seriously one of the best Red Pill books out there and I have read a ton! It teaches you all about frame, and goes into great depth with examples, experiences, and so many lessons. Every man should read this to truly understand frame and women, trust me, you won’t regret it. Grateful to Rian for writing it.
