The quality of this frame exceeded my expectations. Metal frame with glass insert. I pulled the mat out with no problem. It had nice hinged latches on the back rather than the cheap bendable ones. Very nice. It arrived as it should, packaged well.

Smaller Frames are more for table top
I’ve purchase many high quality frames from this brand before and have LOVED them!! The frame has always come in good condition with real glass and looks expensive. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how the frames look. I usually buy frames bigger than 11″ x 14″ or 16″ x 20″, which have been great for large photos, posters, etc.I bought the 8″ x10″ frame with a 5″ x 7″ mat and was confused because it came in a tabletop backing and didn’t have wall-hanging hooks included anywhere. I bought these to hang on the walls. I checked and the larger sizes all came with sawtooth hooks. It would have been nice if they included the hardware needed to hang this on a wall without having to balance the entire frame on a nail.The frames still look great and I am definitely keeping them but I was just unaware the smaller sizes didn’t have sawtooth hooks on the back like all of their other frames. Still an excellent frame but just be aware!

Just what we wanted
I was giving a friend this dog picture for her birthday and discovered it was cheaper to order a frame for it and frame it myself instead of buying the picture already framed. It looks great, sturdy, easy to insert the photo, and the price was right. Highly recommend.
