The fit is true to your size. So buy as per size. The material doesn’t look super fine and frankly has a recycled look. It is good even for cold days here in MA.

I am 6ft and small build and 155lbs with a 30- 32 inch waist. The medium fit me perfectly. Not too tight or loose in the legs and the waist. The material feels very comfortable. I tried the thermal underwear pants on immediately and used them in 29 degree F weather under a pair of jeans. They kept me nice and warm when many of the 100 percent thin synthetic ones did not. People have a decent amount of cotton in them but not too much. They say cotton will make you sweaty so its not good for thermal underwear. Well I think as long as its not close to 100 percent cotton like these you should be ok for the most part. I was. Very satisfied with the product.

a wonderfully warm and comfortable item
I love this item, what I don’t like is that having bought the bottom, I cannot find the same quality in the same brand thermal shirt and all the thermal tops that I bought in this brand and others, were stiff and made of some kind of recycled material that was not warm and felt like plastic. I returned all but one because I wanted to see if washing with fabric softener would make a difference, but it did not.

Waistband is tight for medium but its super forgoing otherwise ..like that thing is SMALL. I have a 31 inch waist and abs so its not flab 𤣠. Quite warm and good quality overall
