Great productâ¦battery life could be better
This product is great, but in order to record, you must have motion, which requires the settings to be sensitive. Battery life could definitely be better considering that. In addition, we noticed a huge difference in battery life and intermittent issues during the cold months (which is to be expected, but was definitely worse than expected). Would not stop me from purchasing, but I think itâs important to know that they have to be charged almost monthly and they take about 5 hours to charge.

I bought these to replace the ones I had from the alarm company who monitors my alarm. Theirs will not stay connected to the internet. I have been very happy with these. I will be buying definitely 1 more to add to another place in my yard!

The product cameras worked for 2 weeks and all 3 ran out of charge. Specs call for them to not require a charge for several months. Purchased a long outdoor charge cord so I could keep the cameras plugged in without having to disconnect them every week and recharge indoors. After that arrived, I recoonnnected. 2 of the cameras would not work at all. No matter what I do, the battery is dead wand will not recharge indoors or out. The 3rd worked for 2 weeks, and the battert dies even though plugged into power for the entire time. By the time I worked that thru – I was told that it was too late to returnn them. $400 down the drain. The product just does not work, and by the time you fou figure that out – it’s past the return period.

Battery life sucks in high active areas
I have a camera in my driveway that has zones set to only our driveway and part of our front yard. Most days the vehicle exits & enters the driveway 2-3 times. But it seems that I charge it – within a couple of days battery says a week left then 2 days later it’s basically dead. Set to “battery usage” – both “balanced” & “more battery life”. It doesn’t matter it dies just as fast. Wish these came with the option of wired or battery. â Would definitely rather have wired without having to purchase extra things to do so.â I love the picture quality and the connectivity is good. I love the easy set up. The battery life sucks.
