    Good quality Gym Stand
It is heavy, so you need some dolly to move into the garage or designated working area. However, it is very sturdy after assembled. Two people we worked about 45 mins to assemble it together. So far we like it. Multiple functions in one gym bar center, save dollars and space for buying multiple gym bars.

Decent for beginners but not much else
If you are taller then 5’10 this is going to be small for you even at max height, I find I always have to bend my legs behind me which sucks if you need to use resistance bands. The bench is pretty much a death trap if you want to go for heavy weight, there is about a 2 inch gap that you can lift the bar out of so needless to say if you are fatigued (which you should be) after a set re-racking the bar is going to be tricky if not dangerous. Out of the box this was missing a screw for the push up handles on the bottom, and most pieces were slightly bent. The dip handles are probably the best part of the entire thing which isn’t hard to do. Overall I’d say if you can spend another $100-$200 to get something with better build quality do that, but this is a pretty good beginning point if you don’t have a lot of space or equipment.

It’s OK- has some quality issues but will do the job
took about 3.5h total but i had to move the parts in one by one to the assembly area because of space and i cleaned off all the stickers. could be done quicker. especially if you actually aren’t too lazy to go get a proper wrench. it’s fine enough. some rusty/corroded hardware. super crappy weld quality if that bothers you. bubbled finish, some rust. one set of bolts too long. one of the top main frames fit in tightly and hitting on the nutplate and the holes drilled to the side so they didn’t line up- was able to make it fit by pulling out the plastic bushing but it is not really adjustable anymore – since we don’t need to adjust it frequently this is ok for us, but definitely bad build quality. the back bench doesn’t swing down that easily you have to fully pull ou tthe bar, pick it up and lay it down again and put the adjustment knobs back on. and there’s no place for the adjustment knob to go when it’s up. but we don’t plan to use it so don’t care – just wanted it for the back rest. For unknown reasons, one set of nuts had different head size from bolts – guessing they got a deal on hardware so the bolts were standard and the nuts 13mm metric… lol. the screws for the pullup bar needed to be installed opposite of how they showed it – from the bottom – because otherwise the nut that didnn’t have an extension collar would hit on the plastic end pieces. I think there may have been one other actual error on the installation instructions but I don’t remember now – sorry. The brackets that fit the main frames to the base were poorly shaped and sized, so when tightened down there was still significant wobble and those areas needed to be shimmed. That said it was a decent price and will be functional. has good features. Wished for smaller increments of adjustment on the height but I could have drilled extra holes if I wanted to… It will work and probably last a long time, but based on the build quality not sure I can really recommend it. Pics are- rust, bubbled finish, bad welds, the gap between the bottom brace and the main frame before being tightened to show manufacturing quality, and the video is showing how much it wobbles after it’s tightened. Please note- I did tighten it down and that other pictured gap was no longer there but because the shapes were off (u wider than the bar, which is not the gal i showed) the u bend that went over the main bar actually bowed up causing there to be more of a gap there.

Excellent decision to buy after much research!
I am fully satisfied with this product and really motivates me to go on a daily workout . So far it has proven to be very sturdy and holds well – I am 6’2 – 220Lbs and have no concern of the equipment folding up on me. I’m glad I did because it’s exactly as described, it’s sturdy, easy to assemble with the instructions, the pull bar is adjustable according to your height, and the added bench for core and bench presses is a bonus. So, having my own at home is a life saver and time saver.

Idea is great but design and execution are flawed
For the price, this is a decent product. I wanted to start building a home gym in my basement and having a bench/tower that doesn’t take up too much space was my biggest priority. I can use this piece of equipment for a majority of my bodyweight exercises so I am really happy about that! In addition, the tower itself seems really sturdy, which is what you want in your fitness equipment. However, there is one design flaw that really annoys me. Getting the bench all set up from its folded position on the tower to usable is a little bit of an ordeal. There is no hinge that connects the bench to the tower which means that you have to first disconnect the crossbar that connects to the middle of the bench, lift the bench off the hook on the tower, and then fiddle with the adjustment bars on the bench itself to use it.I understand that having the bench not connected to the tower was a conscious decision by the manufacturer in order to allow for greater flexibility (it means you can use the bench in whatever orientation you like), but the whole process could be streamlined a bit. It is not smooth or effortless and I think that the poorly thought out mounting solution is a big reason for this. Like I said earlier, the bench, once folded up, is attached to the tower by lifting the bench up and lining the hole on the bench frame with a hook on the frame of the tower. If you don’t attach the crossbar through the middle of the frame, the bench sways from side to side because there is only one attachment point. Sway could be reduced by having the bench attach to the bar of the tower in two places (two holes and two hooks). Attaching the crossbar helps a little, but the bench slides around on the crossbar. You can see the huge amount of play in the bench in the video I have attached. It makes the design seem a little janky. The manufacturer claims that having the bench up means that the bench seat can double up as a back rest when you are doing exercises on the tower, but do you really want your back rest sliding left and right while you are pushing against it?Execution wise- could be better. I actually am missing parts from the manufacturer. I included a picture of my vacuum sealed parts container and you can see that some compartments are empty. I let the manufacturer know. Hopefully they get back to me soon.In addition, some of the parts I received were a little scraped up or don’t fit as snugly as I would like. Some of the plastic end caps for some of the parts are sliding out of the ends of the parts, but that can be easily fixed with some glue. When mounting the pullup bar to the top of the tower, the tightening bolt and nut slightly overlap the plastic end caps so I had to slide the end caps forward a little bit so i could tighten the nut all the way. Minor thing, but shows that the design is not as refined as it could be.I just received the product so I am not sure how well the pads will wear, but I am happy with the general sturdiness of the structure. It ticks all my boxes functionwise. However, like I said, the way the bench is fastened to the tower is not optimal. So one star off for that. And then another star off for missing parts. If I get the parts I am missing free of charge and in a timely manner, I will update my review to 4 stars.** UPDATE: ** Customer service reached out to me within a day of me letting them know that I didn’t receive some of the parts. I was given an option between waiting for the parts to come back into stock so they could be shipped out to me or given a partial refund of $40 to purchase replacement parts somewhere else. I took the $40 and it just covered the cost of replacement parts. Changing the review from 3 to 4 stars for fast customer service!
