Excellent grill basket
Excellent stainless steel grill basket. Easy to use and keeps all your meat and chicken in one place and not falling through barbecue grill holes. Perfect for barbecuing vegetables also like potatoes and corn. Excellent quality.

I thought this was a great way to turn several things at one time. But only if the meat is thick, otherwise, it will flop over and may not stay whole. I still like the concept and will use it for chicken breasts, etc. Cleaned in the dishwasher on heavy load and only some of the burned on meat came off.

Was a good concept
The lid did not lock and my wings fell out. I managed to put them back in and use tongs to hold it closed while flipping. Overall performance my wing cooked very well I just may have had a defective product.

Easy to load and use
This is great for grilling fish and the handle is put on and off easily so the basket can sit flat on the grate with the lid closed. The cleaning can be challenging unless you generously spray the basket with Pam prior to grilling.

I used this to grill some steaks and it did not do a very good job. The steaks did cook but they did not have that ‘BBQ aspect’. Half way through I took the steaks out and laid them directly on the BBQ. I plan to see how they do with hot dogs. It should beat having to constantly roll the dogs as one must when doing them normally. I expect that I can just leave them on one side for a while and then flip the basket over half way through. We will see. (my daughter used it while camping and cooked breakfast sausages that way and said it worker well) As for steaks, I will stick with the traditional method.
