Honestly, for anyone who has doubts on Oil Pulling, I cannot speak for just any oil but this one, I can 100% say it works. I have probably ordered close to 10 bottles now. I absolutely notice a difference in morning breathe when I am using this product. For those with good hygiene practices, you don’t even need to consistently use this everyday. When I first started, I used it 1-2 times a day for 7 days and already, the morning breathe was almost non-existent. I then can go about 1-2 weeks without using it (or just using it occasionally) along with good hygiene and the morning breathe is still gone. As soon as i sense even a little morning breathe, I go back to this for 1-3 days and problem solved. Truly cannot recommend this more.

This oral rinse is worth every cent.
This oral rinse lives up to everything that is advertised. I could feel ingredients working during my first use. I rinsed for the 10 mins out the gate and I brushed my either mouth with it as well. I had a little plaque that came off right away in my back teeth and I was in awe. I have my whole family using that bottle and is every tiny for them and that younger scrubber is ideal with both ends for those with a gag reflex and I can use that to get my children accustomed to proper hygiene without so much of that crap the dentist out in our mouths. ðð¿

SO this product is great. I actually donât mind the taste. Itâs not that overpowering to me. I havenât been able to swish for ten minutes as the instructions suggests yet. If I get any in the back of my throat I instantly want to throw up though so be careful. The one thing is it makes a huge mess and its oil so putting down the drain has caused issues. Nothing major but my sink starts to not drain properly. So be mindful of that. The toothbrush it came with, to me, was the gem of the whole package. The best toothbrush I have ever owned. I plan to purchase my future toothbrushes from this company. The tongue scraper was nice to have as I have wanted one but always forget to buy one. All in all a good value bundle.

It works
I canât speak for everyone but it works well for me. I have been to the dentist and havenât had any issues with my teeth or gums. I noticed that if I donât use it for a couple of days or I run out and donât have any more, I have pain in my teeth and gums. I will continue to use it and keep some extra on hand so I donât run out. The price is worth it to have a healthy mouth. I do like the toothbrushes and the tongue scraper that comes with each bottle as well.

I like the taste!
I read the reviews that said the taste was horrible or made someone gag. I did not find that to be true for me. I like the taste and have no difficulty in keeping it in my mouth for the 20-30 minutes. I do spit it in the garbage as recommended. I really like the tongue scraper. It is very heavy duty and works really well. I’ve had plastic ones in the past. This is soooo much better! I’ve only been using the product for a couple of weeks. I do feel my ttmeeth are getting bit whiter and they do feel cleaner. I will keep using and have recommended to family and friends.

Best oil for oil pulling
Iâve tried regular coconut oil but canât stand waiting for it to melt in my mouth. I found myself dreading and avoiding doing this important step in the mornings. I also tried the cinnamon flavored oil that guru nanda puts out but my teeth sensitivity came back while using that bottle. Iâll be sticking with this one from here on out!!! Makes a huge difference in my sensitivity when I skip days. I also bought the travel sticks so I can use this while on vacations or away for the night. Itâs so much easier than taking the whole bottle.

Iâve been pulling with extra virgin coconut oil, which is much harder. It takes time for it to come into a consistency for easy swooshing ð. This oil tastes great and is easy to use. Iâm sold!

This product is amazing! Iâve had my teeth whitened in the past but found it made my gums sore. This product not only whitened my teeth it got to all the back ones too and my gums feel great. I also have to mum whoâs 80 with bad stains and the difference is amazing!
