Very sharp but hard to clean and trouble with dried peppers
I’m looking forward to using these once my garden starts putting out herbs again. Until then I’ve been using it to cut dried peppers, which works pretty well but does have some trouble when there are a lot of seeds to cut through. Not the end of the world because I was really wanting to use these with fresh herbs.My wife and kids have used it on scallions and some herbs, they like it a lot but they leave it for me to clean (like everything else…), sometimes it can be a little hard to clean as a result. I think it would be fine if they would just rinse it first and use the included brush.

I hate chopping herbs with a knife, I can’t get consistent cuts and the herbs move. This scissor set makes it all 1000 times easier! I prefer to just hold the bunch and cut. You will have less clogging if your herbs are dry, so consider dabbing a towel over herbs like cilantro or parsley so you have to push out the stuck pieces less.
