For non-heavy duty users recommend highly.
Purchased this for a friend And did the initial setup. It works great. It comes with Windows in S mode and I recommend unless you want to be very restricted to turn off S mode.I believe it to be a real value for the money. This review does not include any consideration for longevity as it is a new purchase. I donât anticipate any problems as it appears to be well-built for the price point and a generally good machine.

Very fast starting up and very fast down loading websites
I like the keyboard letters easy to to type with my big fingers…. I like the panel board around the keys it’s looks like wood grain very sharp and nice looking. The only down fall about this PC laptop is the battery life it doesn’t last long when not plugged in. I trust in HP products they are very well made and I like the customer service department they are nice and they guide you through the steps if something needs to be fixed right away.

had to buy a new laptop because windows 7 was being fazed out. the quality of the screen colors is great. ease of set up and use is great. i had to get used to windows 10. the thing is its kinda slow. it is not touch screen. over all i am pleased with this purchase.

Only had this product for 2 days but it seems to be just fine. I work remotely so connectivity and ease of use are very important. Have also installed two programs, no hiccups, programs working as expected. Unexpectedly installed on system is HP Support Assistant, a huge step forward for HP as it is very helpful and stores all the information needed when contacting Support. Wish start button was larger, I have long fingernails and a little difficult to push small horizontal button. Overall, very satisfied.

Very successful for what I need
I use my laptop mostly for email, social media, some document creation, Zoom, and occasionally to watch things on youtube or stream a show or movie. Processor is a very good speed for me, screen quality is great and more than sufficient for my useage, touch screen is very responsive and easy. I am very pleased with this laptop..

Laptop moves extremely slow
It was a bad buy!The keyboard letters does not match with what is labeled there which makes it difficult to use. Additional i bought this because of the specifications and this laptop appears to be slower than the specs advertised.

Exactly what we needed except for 1 thing
The laptop is good in every way except for 1 thing. It DOES NOT HAVE A CD/DVD BURNER DRIVE. When I read the specs I missed it. Honestly I assumed it would include a cd/dvd drive and well it didn’t. Never in a million years did I think to make sure it included the drive. Since the new machine is all setup with the stuff from our Windows 7 laptop so returning it is not an option. My solution is to ask the seller John 3:15 to reimburse me for the external drive I purchased. I am waiting for a response.

Terrible product
I hate this laptop. It’s extremely slow and at times will automatically go to a different website. I would not purchase it again or an hp product because I had bought a printer a few years ago and it did not last, It stopped printing or copying within a year and I did not print often off it.
