Do NOT buy from this seller!
I spent the extra $$ for this laptop with decent numbers but it is slower than slow! Wi-Fi will not work most of the time and on the rare occasion it does, I get 1 bar signal max. All of my other phones, iPads, etc get full 5 bar signal. I reached out multiple times asking them to fix the issue or replace it but they would not. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable seller.

Great Computer
I had another popular brand computer that just wasn’t cutting it. My work laptop is an HP so I thought I would try the same for my home computer. I must say that I am very satisfied with this computer. The screen is nice and screen quality is really great! I like to use a mouse and this computer is very easy to use.

Instructions were not good
OK, for those of us who are not computer whizzes….this is a real CHORE. Got it to open finally but all online instructions were crap. They were either written for the computer literate or for computer engineers. So, googled instruction on different parts (using a pin in place of password for example) and they did not work. If I ever meet on of these guys, I won’t be responsible for where I kick him!!!!!!

Great Price and great Laptop
The price was really good, and I used to have an HP laptop. It lasted so much longer than my Lenovo’s. In fact, this one is replacing the latest broken Lenovo, and it is made much more sturdily. I feel like this one is going to last a long time, and the plastic hinges won’t break like they did on my other ones.

Didn’t work…
I got my laptop in good condition box n no damage was on it..so I open the box read the instructions and plug it in and suddenly…nothing happens…I try like it said to plug in first before power on…and still nothing check losses wire and connection…nothing..just blank screen…just PLAIN DEAD…so that what happened and I’m sending it back…
