I really like this computer
Very pleased with this product. It is lightweight and easy to carry. It has 416 GB of storage space so I can download many things onto the computer. I bought this computer for college. The price is affordable and the quality is amazing. Itâs fast and easy to use. I wish I had bought it earlier.

Better than I expected!
I bought this computer as a backup for working from home mostly because it was not too expensive. I figured it would be decent and at least I would have something if my desktop went down. Well, it was really much better than I expected. Very light, but sturdy, clear screen, VERY easy setup and fast delivery. I don’t use it for gaming or anything like that, so I don’t know if it’s suitable, but for regular office work, it is really, really nice. It comes with Windows 10 s-mode, which does not allow you to download certain programs like CC Cleaner and Malwarebytes, but it is very easy to switch to normal Windows 10 if you need to download certain programs for work that are not in the Microsoft store. Just remember that you can’t switch back to 10 S once you leave.

Worth the money
Nice, lightweight laptop. Not happy had to remove 10S to download Zoom, and other apps. Large screen, large keyboard. Easy to install. Very happy so far.

Well pleased with this product. HP has come a long way since I last owned one. BE AWARE that this product comes in S mode. Meaning you can only download apps from the app store. You can turn it off BUT you can never turn it back on again. All in all it’s a good PC. Great video, light weight, no keys stick, fairly fast, audio is loud and crisp, and Cortana walks you through the setup. I would recommend this PC to anyone.

Computer 1 day then would not turn on! Returned.
I used the laptop 1 day and then it would not work then 1/2 way thru the next day it shut down and would not start!

Quite slow
I was really looking forward to this computer. After the technician had spent about one hour updating it remotely, I was very happy. However, the computer is one month old and goes black between images at times, with a crackling sound. No one has told me that if I plug the Bell Snow flashcard into another computer (I am a translator and have to have a backup unit), the computer will immediately go black with the same crackling sound. All in all, a great disappointment.
