I Like Em! No Added Sugar Is Legit
If you’re interested in these, then probably, like me, you read about the potential health benefits of tart cherries (google it).My takeaway is that there doesn’t seem to be a ton of compelling evidence about the benefits, but lots of anecdotal stuff. After taking these for a few months I can’t see that I have any proof that they are making noticeable benefits to my health, but I continue to take them because they are a pleasant thing to ingest (you’ll be chewing them and not swallowing them though, as they are a little too large for that), and they don’t spike my blood sugar, so why not?
