great quality and theres more in the roll than I expected. they don’t put a cardboard tube in the middle to make it seem like there’s more than there is, there’s just that much! the cutting blade was not super durable and requires tearing at a very specific angle, but it has provided a perfect tear each and every time so i’m not complaining!

Este papel pergamino funciona muy bien tanto para hornear en hornos eléctricos como en hornos de gas. Aguantó 2 horneadas sin ningún problema. Se manchó con leche, azúcar y huevo y nada de eso pasó a las charolas, éstas quedaron limpias. Lo volverÃa a comprar porque vale mucho la pena.
