Really good sound, easy to connect
The sound is really good! Its really easy to set up on your computer, and the Bluetooth connects really fast. There is an app you can download to customize the sound settings (the app also tells you when your headset needs an update). Maybe my voice is too soft, but I had to turn up the sensitivity on my microphone to pick up my voice more consistently. From what my friends say, the mic quality is crisp and clear. The charge lasts a good time, and you can charge the headset while you use it.The only problem I’ve had so far is that the cable broke after 2 months (just stopped charging), but I was able to get a new cable shipped to me free of charge from Harman Audio/JBL. Didn’t have to send anything back.

Great headphones!
I work from home and it has been a stuggle to find a good headset. After getting these I don’t think I can go to anything else. Not only do they have great sound quality but I can walk all over my house with out cutting out sound or having my mic cut out. To make them even better they were easy to set up, comfortable for all day wear, and have great battery life! I work 45-80 hour work week and don’t have to charge them!

The cups are not as deep and wide as I expected.
Overall, the Quantum 610 Wireless are pretty great for a wireless headset. They connect seamlessly to the PC dongle whenever I turn them on and the software is actually pretty comprehensive, simple and useful. My only real complaints are the size and depth of the ear cups. The pads are not deep enough even for my small ears, so my ears do rest on the driver casing. I’m currently looking for for thicker pads that could both solve the depth problem as well as possibly increase soundstage and bass extension. Also, when operating wirelessly on its own battery, the headphones do appear to cut off at 15kHz rather than the 20kHz as advertised. I figure this is possibly at result of a lack of power? Bass is quite clear and “punchy”, but it can feel muffled as the small earcups smoosh your earlobes. With larger pads, I imagine the bass will feel tighter and full. These are mostly nitpicks, but as I have medium to small sized ears, this might be a deal breaker for some. If you have giant ears, check out the Philips SHP9500S. Those things are amazing for the price and are super comfortable. Plus, you can easily add an in-line boom mic cable to its 3.5mm connector to make it an awesome wired headset.

Work great for PC gaming!
They are great! I can wear them with glasses and have no issue, it has a long charge and a long usb cord for charging, sound is wonderful, my older pc struggles with wireless headphones but this one works, and I am quite happy.

The sweet spot for PS4/5 users
The build quality, materials, comfort level, noise cancellation of the 610 completely blow the 350 out of the water. I paid $75 for the 350 and $100 for the 610 in June 2023. I also tried their Quantum One for $150 but its features are meant for PC gamers not PS. I found the 610 model to be the sweet spot with excellent sound quality, comfortable earcups, and great noise cancellation. The only thing I am slightly concerned about is that the mic does not appear to be replaceable in case of accident.

Not for xbox AND broke after 2 months normal wear/tear
First Iâd like to start by saying not a true wireless headset. Cord from controller to headset. This is a universal platform headset so it isnât supported 100% by Microsoft. The chat mixer and game volume dials in head set are useless for Xbox.After two months the chord has stopped working properly 15 days outside of my return window!
